They help you very good store to go in
I was going crazy trying to find flags for the state of NC and happen to come across Grainger. THANK GOODNESS!!! While they didn't have the inventory in stock, Idris was able to order them for me and get them to me right in time! I am forever grateful and would highly recommend this location. All of their employees are knowledgeable, personable, and provide great customer service.

Submitted an online order, then made the trip to the Grainger store in North Raleigh for the pickup. Very impressed with an organized and clean store and friendly staff. A big shout-out to Ricky for his friendly and efficient service.

Great customer service.. Had a problem with finding the right size due to an issue with my foot. With the help of darnell was able to go on the truck that and find the perfect fit with the help gregg...wonderful. after trying so many boots on..my feet are finally comfortable...thanks guys!!

Cant ever speak to a representative in the actual store you are calling, probably one of the absolute worst things you can do to a customer is waste their time and that’s all grainger does when you call them is waste you’re time.
Great place to get things for your business.
Kind and courteous sales people. Busy as could be. All but the two who wanted to fuss at the salespeople about the warehouse.
We are a construction company looking to place an order and they were rude on the phone and were not helpful placing an order because it was our first order.
First time visiting Grainger to get supplies. Impressed! Nice people there who were polite, helpful and friendly. Particularly liked the screen my side so I could see what was being ordered. I'll be back!
They have many products that would surprise you! I got a 2.5 gallon humidifier and saved 16 dollars picking it up from the Amazon price! Shopping got easier.

Their staff is always willing to help no matter how big or small and item you may need. All I needed was the nut for this lamp. Counter sales person was willing to help me find the one I made it. Thank you!

I work with industrial equipment and the work gloves I've been getting at Lowes or Home Depot or Agri Supply are expensive and don't last more than 2 or 3 days at all. I picked up a pair of cut resistant gloves over the weekend and here it is almost 6 days later and they are still in perfect shape. They're also breathable and were less than 1/3 the cost. Graingers Rocks!!
