Mario did an outstanding job identifying and explaining the issues; then he proceeded to fix the problem, test the system and verify that everything was working correctly; he was very courteous and professional.

Antonio Silva went above and beyond to repair my A/C unit in a timely manner. Repair was scheduled for Thursday, 6/8 but Mr. Silva made a way to fit me in his schedule Wednesday, 6/7. I would highly recommend Element Service Group and moving forward they will service my unit 2 times a year and hopefully avoid being in a situation like this.

I wouldn’t use this company for anything not even a dog house 1st of all purchased my new home Dec 31st 2015 have had nothing but issues with my HVAC unit from the very start and continues too this date have filed 2 complaints against this company and still they never made an attempt to fix the issues that I have with the heating and cooling of my home 2nd they installed the wrong size unit into my home and my neighbors home that is the same model that I have I have been here in my home for 6 years I’m on my third unit and there is little or no airflow in several of the rooms in my home they bought an so called expert to my home and stayed over 2 1/2 hours and told me we need to cut holes in my walls and ceiling to find out what the issues were but never heard from them again and they never made an attempt to correct the issue they made an offer of 20,000 dollars to get me too shut up but the estimate I have say it will cost about 50,000 dollars to repair my issues this company will lie and do whatever to get over on you I would not use them for any reason now I had to hire an attorney to file a civil lawsuit against them I’m a disabled combat veteran that can work but that how they treat our veterans veterans be aware of this company stay away I only gave the a one star if I could I won’t give them any stars now I’m contacting the television stations to make people aware of this on social media to protect other people from these people I will not stop until Justice is served

Antonio and I discussed the prime purpose for the A/C inspection and maintenance then I brought up some other concerns I had about the systems. He was very knowledgeable about them and explained how to address them and the pricing. He carried out the work with care and efficiency. He is an outstanding young man. I will request that he is the person they send for the heating inspection.
Great service and professionalism from Antonio & Bernard. They were great and explained everything so thoroughly. They even showed me videos of the leak in my HVAC that needed to be repaired. Will continue using this company for all my HVAC needs.
Heat is out and Element immediately sent out a technician who was able to troubleshoot our problem. I have an older system and Antonio was able to go through it with expertise and even found some things previous technicians missed. Great job, Element!
