Keith from Delta T absolutely is THE guy when it comes to HVAC and customer service. He took care of us quickly, and even gave me advice on questions to ask our former HVAC company. Apparently one of the cheapest tricks in the book to overcharge clients is EXACTLY what the other company was planning on doing.
Keith and his team are great, I got multiple quotes to replace my HVAC units and his prices were fair. He was responsive, professional, and quick to respond to questions. His team has successfully installed two units and I am in the process of recommending him to all of my neighbors!
Keith came to check my mother's AC and Heating unit that hadn't been checked in over 5 years. He was very honest and said that it was better to sign up for the maintenance agreement instead of paying for some of the things that needed to be cleaned individually. He said we have about 5 years left on the A/C even though the house is 14 years old. He also took the time to show my Mom how to use the thermostat (which wasn't intuitive). We really appreciate the extra time he took to explain everything. Top notch HVAC service and expertise!
Our heat pump went out in January. Keith went out of his way to try to salvage it, but when it proved to be unsalvageable, he got us right on the schedule and had a new gas furnace installed within a week. He communicated very clearly about the state of things and answered all of our questions. He and his team were on time and did great work. I highly recommend Delta T Services for any HVAC repair or installation.
Delta T was recommended by a friend in my neighborhood when I suddenly experienced a leak coming from below the HVAC. I called Keith and in under 24 hours he was here, figured our the source of the leak and helped me repair it. He went above and beyond checking on everything, providing maintenance services and helping me figure out next steps. His prices were very reasonable and now I have regular maintenance services set up with them to prevent future issues. I am so grateful to have a local, reliable and knowledgeable company nearby! Amazing turnaround time, fantastic customer service, fair prices and knowledgeable. I found my local HVAC company for speed dial. Heat went down and other companies told me I'd have to wait till next week as it was busy. Keith showed up at 7pm on a Friday on a same-day request. After fixing my system, he stayed to make sure everything worked properly so I would have no issues. Would recommend him to anyone.

We've used this company a few times and I've always told my husband they were way too high in price but he likes to use local companies when possible which I agree. We had them come out a couple days ago they were here for maybe 35-40 minutes and all they did was blow out a Condensate drain line and charged us $294.00! I about fell off my chair so I did some research and called around. I was told by several people from other AC companies that this call should have cost between $100 and $120.00. What I'm saying is buyer beware!
Keith was a last minute emergency referral on a Saturday morning before a planned baby shower…He showed up within an hour of being called and repaired our AC before the party even started. (The party started at 10:30am!) So grateful!!
Our HVAC went out at our business and Delta T was recommended by a friend. They showed up the next morning. Checked out the entire system and had us back up and running in 2 hours. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. When we bought a house and the HVAC system needed replacing we called them for it. Their pricing was great, and again they did a fantastic job. We have been using them for 7 years now and it is really nice to have these guys on speed dial when we need them. They come every month to service our units and every year they do a complete maintenance. Supper happy and highly recommend them.

Keith and team have taken care of installing a new AC at my primary and maintenance on my Raleigh rental and adding some electrical for a hot tub. Each service has been an awesome experience. Highly recommend
Keith was awesome repairing our company HVAC system. He was able to work us in the same day our system quit. He diagnosed the problem, traveled to get the correct parts, installed them and had the system working in a matter of hours. He then returned the next day to make modifications that would allow our system to run more efficient and lower our energy bills. We are enjoying a very cool office. Thank you Keith for everything.
Keith was very professional and helpful. His prices were competitive and his installers did a great job. I’m the happy owner of a brand new AC unit and furnace. Delta T removed all the old equipment and installed the new ones in a timely manner. I will definitely use Keith’s company again if I need HVAC help.
