Sean called prior to appointment to verify his estimated arrival time. He was prompt and on time. The AC unit was not cooling and after inspection he replaced the dual capacitor and checked the system to confirm it was operating normally when he left. I would highly recommend Sean and Delta Heating Cooling and Plumbing!
I added a sunroom to my house and wanted a ductless HVAC unit for the room. Delta was very through and professional. They were very detailed in specification and planning for the job. They arrived on time and completed the work on time as well as supported me with the permit process...both with the HOA and with Durham. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Friendly and very competent technician arrived on time for annual furnace servicing. Called before arrival which was at the very beginning of our service window. Excellent communication.. He went above and beyond checking on the warranty period of the furnace heater exchanger, providing recommendations for new thermostat. VERY pleased!
just found out, if you buy 10yr warranty you STILL have to pay ~$200 every year for maintenance. "it's listed somewhere in your installment paperwork, sorry. can't help you with that." DO NOT opt for the warranty, save your money.
Had a concerning, intermittent issue with my HVAC system. They went the extra mile to determine root cause, which not only involved a thorough inspection, but also an instant visit to "catch the system in the act". The technician was great. The Delta team was great. Great job, great service!
