Not sure how they stay in business. This company was personally responsible for months of delays in our new home and many others on the road. When we finally did get in all we are doing is finding issues with their work. Let me list the issue. Gas leak in hot water tank, All vents installed were bent and cracked the drywall( not one but all), and for the the granddaddy of them all --they never installed any of the dampers in the house. Tell me how you can install a damper board and not wire it and not even install the dampers. TERRIBLE. I have requested that they never step foot on my property again , i will pay another company verse having them fix all the warranty issues. If Google had negative stars i would have used that!
Mike has been taking care of all my family's HVAC needs for close to 20 years. Very good prices, prompt service and he knows what he's doing. From the full replacement of the system, to annual service calls. He's the best in the business.
Mike installed my Goodman HVAC many years ago and it is still running long and strong even on the hottest summer days. I would recommend calling Mike for any of you HVAC needs. He has always treated me very fair and professional.
If, you go with them, double check after them. Two guys came out from Carolina Custom and Heating to do a vapor barrier. They were supposed to return a month later to check it. And, they were supposed to do mold removal and insulation as well. They did not staple the vapor barrier down, and it's cut terrible. I overheard one of the guys tell the other not to worry about stapling it. That the barrier would never move. The other person stayed under there will the one went for a smoke. I figured he was fixing it. They probably thought I would ever go under the house to see it. After 6 weeks I called and spoke to Michael about returning to finish the work. He said he'd call me back. He did not. I called the next day and left a message, he never returned my call. If you don't want the work, don't say you'll do it. And, if things change be professional and return a phone call to a customer that paid you. And, send guys to do the job correctly. People that are happy with them either got guys to do the job right, or didn't check the work done.
It is a pleasure to work with Michael at Carolina Custom HVAC. He has maintained my HVAC systems for the last 10 years. He is always very prompt in handling any issues and I am very satisfied with his work.
I have used Carolina Custom for years and always get great service! If we have an issue , they come promptly and explain the issue to us and fix it. Replaced my A/C for much cheaper than others!
Michael has been managing 24 A/C units at my shopping plaza for the past 15 years. He is always prompt, does a superb job to satisfaction and is a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend him!
Carolina Custom put in a upper and lower unit in my house and gave me the best deal in town. We had a quote from another company that was twice as much. They did such a good job and a good price I had them put a new HVAC unit at my mothers house too!!!
