Amazing service! Fixed our ac unit same day. Kevin Blasingim did an excellent job. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue. Would definitely recommend!
Cape Fear (and Kevin Blasingim specifically) saved the day today. We woke up to no AC with the temperature rising pretty quick. On top of that we had on and off thunderstorms all day. Kevin arrived during the time they said, set up a canopy by our AC unit, and diagnosed the problem in no time. He took the time to explain the situation professionally and showed that he knew what he was talking about. He had it fixed and up and running very quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s great knowing my kid will be able to sleep comfortably tonight and that we were taken care of. I highly recommend Cape Fear, and thanks again Kevin!
Cape Fear does a terrific job each time they come out whether it's for maintenance or new installations. The technicians are top notch especially Kevin B. Kevin did the maintenance service on one of the units today and did an amazing job. He is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and shared a few good tips for prolonging the legevity of the units. He answered all my questions and genuinely cared about doing a great job. A+ for Cape Fear.
I have used Cape Fear for over ten years now. And I can’t say enough good things about Rodney. He is a senior technician for them. He is very knowledgeable and posses great professionalism. I have to mention that my Trane system is a very complex machine. it has a computer, Wi-Fi and it has a variable speed compressor and air handler. Upon demand the compressor and air handler turns on at 1/10 of 1%. It’s the quietest system I’ve ever seen. True comfort. The skill and care that Rodney shows is what makes all the difference for me on choosing Cape Fear! Thank you Cape Fear and Rodney

AC checkup. Kevin found everything in order. No repairs needed. Kevin was friendly and very knowledgeable. I used to do HVAC work so I know what to look for. I was also impressed with the high tech equipment. I have already scheduled the fall checkup.

THE BEST. You may find a little cheaper, but in this case you get what you pay for. Experts from top to bottom, efficiency from top to bottom. Starting with signing papework all the way to complete cleanup the entire job was great❣️

Heat went out over the weekend so we made a request for service for Monday. They contacted us and gave us and appointment for 10-12am. James arrived by 10 and identified the issue quickly. He was able to check on part inventory, pick up the part and get the repair finished by 1:15. The Heat is On :)
James was the most pleasant service rep I have engaged with. Old furnace with igniter blown. Furnace is old. James went out of his way to call company and they configured an igniter that would work with my old system. Thanks James👍

2005 Builder-installed 2nd floor system went out a few years ago. I had so many problems with the same brand on the first floor that I really wanted to have a Trane. The repair Company that I called did not sell Trane brand, so I called Cape Fear. Prompt, clean and otherwise excellent installation experience. 18 months ago I did not have a maintenance contract but they showed up within a couple of hours away for a first floor air-conditioning issue in the hot mid summer weather and quickly fixed it. Since then I have had maintenance contracts and the fellas that come out put on cloth shoe covers like medical professionals when they come inside. They are very knowledgeable when I have asked questions about the systems and they spend a lot of time cleaning and checking the systems every six months so that we are not caught off guard by a breakdown. (I think it’s in the neighborhood of 45 minutes to an hour on each system.) Their technician James has been twice for maintenance Contract service and he is excellent! I can’t say enough good things about him!
I became familiar with Cape Fear in July , 2022. I have a 3.5 year old Trane unit that to say the least was a problem child from the time it was installed. 12 visits by four different companies including the installer did not solve my 3.5 year old problem. Enter Rodney Pope of Cape Fear. One diagnostic visit and a next day return with the proper part and my troubles were over in the month of "July". I have since needed further service on the same unit and had the same great experience with Rodney Pope. He is a credit to Cape Fear and to his HVAC industry.
Cape Fear Air Raileigh. I really like working with them. Them are quick and responsible. They pick phone calls quickly and took my matter as important. The project manager gets back to me quickly and set up my appointment promptly. It was just before Thanksgiving everybody was busy but he treated me really well. Then I got my new furnace installed the next Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The technicians are nice, too. So perfect score, 100 percent satisfaction. strongly recommend.

We had to do a full HVAC replacement. Antonio, Nelson, and Kevin were great! Antonio and Nelson showed up on time and got right to work. The job was completed without any hiccups, and they left the space very tidy. Kevin came later and reviewed the work. He did a great job advocating for his collogues.
