Kenny showed up on time to do the repair work on my two toilets. I just wanted you to know that Kenny did an outstanding job. Kenny was professional, engaging, efficient and informative. Not only that but he showed real respect for my situation. When I let him know that I would be keeping my distance and wearing a mask, he showed no displeasure. Add to that, he came into my home wearing a mask (which I did not request); and he wore his mask anytime he was in my home. So Kenny fixed the running toilet, starting working on the leaking toilet but let me know he could replace that one TODAY. So now I have two working toilets! Outstanding!

Contacted Bolton to put in place a re-circulation pump on my hot water line. Frank the technician (courteous, prompt, respectful) completed the work in less than one (1) hour and 30 minutes. The pump listed retail at $360, tubing and tee est. $50 max. Why did the Brian the service manager proceed in charging me $1479.98 (the estimated price). Labor, disconnecting my hot water line, purging the tank, placing the pump in-line, installing a tee under my sink. This is a prime example of a company who gouges customers, whom employs a service managers who has absolutely no people skills, and has no ability to separate logic from the non-reality. I would not recommend this company. I will never do business with this company ever again I have both invoices, mails, and recorded conversations that clearly express the act of trying to take advantage of the customer. To add insult to an already injured situation, the receptionist Kelly called me the next day of receiving the severely reduced invoice and made an attempt to collect...all the while - the payment was sent via US mail the same day of receiving the more realistic invoice. Had a great experience with Bolton and Devlin. Came in the middle of the night and fixed a water leak in the yard that was costing me 100s of gallons of water. Great attitude and very helpful!
All the individuals from Bolton services I interacted with over the phone and in person provided exceptional friendly Customer Service. Larry provided a prompt and reasonable estimate of the work on Friday and was pleased to have the work schedule for the following Monday.I was very happy with the work done and completed by Chris and John. Kelly was very prompt to respond and send the information I requested the inspection report and the invoice. Overall very pleased with my experience working with Bolton.
Wonderful service. Above and beyond communication and customer service. Other electricians quoted me multiple thousands of dollars and used intimidation tactics. Their work was literally 85% cheaper than what I was quoted by others. 85%!!!!!! Always get a second quote. I have used Bolton at my business and at my home and I have never been happier. Specifically, let me shout out Larry who helped me with the contract and controlling costs. Then Chris and John show up and get the work done, not wasting anytime and being very helpful throughout. They were friendly even nice to my barking chihuahua mix crazy dog and professional. I had my own Smoke Detectors they helped to install. They were thorough but not trying to charge me more, just literally being helpful as they walked through my home inspection (as I asked) to address concerns. They were flexible and gave me ideas to save money. What I was told is that they are not commission or hourly, but salary and so they do not have an incentive to charge me more. I told them my priority was safety and then costs. They double checked some outlets in case previous work was not to code and I feel good about the safety of my home. (of course if that changes, I will let you know!) Will Bolton is in my Rotary Club and I cannot recommend Bolton Construction and Service any higher. Really good group.
Bolton installed a gas line at our home and were very professional and performed high quality work. I will definitely call Bolton again.
Bolton was easy to schedule and on time. Rhe plumber who came out, Devlin, explained everything he did, answered all our questions, and did great work.
They installed an electrical outlet in my floor. Ruined the brand new floors. Awful experience. Worst construction experience I've ever experienced in my life. They discounted it but I still paid WAY more than I should have for such a small job. Will never use them again. **Updated - I paid over $1k for 2 electrical outlets. And they made multiple mistakes. Not just one. And that price was discounted only after I pushed for a discount. But I still paid $1k. Yes, I declined to talk to them because I have no desire to deal with them ever again. The only thing they could do at this point is to waive almost the entire fee because it was that awful of an experience but I'm sick of talking to them.
Devlin was so Personable and explained in Laymen's Terms what the problem was . He had it resolved right away. I would definitely call them again and request Devlin.

Frank and Kenny did a wonderful job on our master bathroom installation. We hired them to install a new shower head in our existing shower. The job required removing some existing drywall, running new pex piping, and installing hardware through the existing shower tile. They did a great job with minimal disruption to the existing walls and shower. They also were able to do the entire project in a single day and for half the price I was quoted by other service providers. Highly recommend! Brian was also wonderful in responding to my questions prior to hiring Bolton.
David and his team were on time and professional. I used another major Plumbing Company in Raleigh first and that was a big mistake. The first company sent out three technicians, put two holes in my bathroom wall and ceiling and showed me a video of the leak and said they would have to take out the bath tub to fix the leak, but said they could not do it and after $900 left without fixing it. I should of called Bolton first and will not make that mistake again. David and his other technician (Forgot his name sorry) took a look at it and said they could do the job no problem and were done in under 2 hours the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you Bolton Team I will use you in the future and recommend you to all of my friends and co-workers!
Bolton has always been extremely helpful, very punctual and has the highest standards of professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend them as the maintenance professionals you can really trust.
I called Bolton to replace our old, leaking water heater--they quickly scheduled our appointment that morning. Billy S. was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous--super nice guy. He explained our options with no pressure toward a particular heater. I would highly recommend Billy and Bolton if you're looking for a new water heater!
