The guy cut up my house to install new water lines. It was not necessary. I am left to repair the damage myself. Stay as far away from these people as possible.

The plumbing technician, James, was excellent! He quickly assessed where the leak was coming from, offered a couple of choices of how to make the repair and stopped the leak! It was a very good experience with James and Bell Cow Services!
Wonderful wonderful job, I was truly satisfied with my technician, very kind man. I didn’t have any heat in my home and my technician refused to leave until the heat was on, it really touched my heart, how caring he was. I will recommend this company to anyone.
Update: To be fair to Bell Cow. I disputed half of their charge and they were nice enough to allow the refund. I've updated from 1 star to 4 stars. Previous Post: No response from them after they did very poor plumbing service. Had to bring in another service to fix their mess. Don't waste your time and money!
James, was the name of the technician who did both the estimate and installation of the water heater. He took the time to look at the old water heater and was able to get it working so we would have hot water for the few days before he came back to do the water heater replacement. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. I had 3 other plumbing companies look at the old water heater they had 3 different diagnoses none were sure what the problem was. James took one look at it and knew that the manufacturer was no longer making water heaters. He even knew where I had bought it. In short he provided exceptional customer service. Offered me choices to fix the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks James (Bell Cow)
Cow Bell was the 3d plumber dispatched for my plugged toilet- James Pollock did an OUTSTANDING job not only fixing the plug but also he fixed a leak under the house he noticed when he had to go into the crawlspace. I highly recommend Bell Cow and James!!!
Dawson from Bell Cow came to our house for an HVAC tune up and installed our nest thermostat as well. He was such a pleasure to have in our house. He was great with our barky dog and was truly courteous and professional. He gave me lots of tips and tricks to extend the life of our HVAC. Highly recommend!

Purchased a new construction Meritage home with Bell Cow installed HVAC and ductwork. The house is now 4 years old and the ductwork is rusting a considerable amount. I contacted Bell Cow and they said that there is only a 1 year labor warranty and no warranty on materials. I would not recommend hiring Bell Cow as the materials they use they do not guarantee will last.
I discovered Bell Cow because my home warranty sent them out to repair a leaking water heater. I was so pleased with their work, that I signed up for the maintenance plan for my water heater and for my HVAC system. Dawson from Bell Cow came out to perform the maintenance on my 30+ year old HVAC system. He was very professional and prompt -- called me before he arrived on time. He was courteous and considerate (put on covers over his shoes to walk through the house). He's been able to keep an ancient HVAC system running as good as new. Definitely recommended.
I’m particular about the work I have done and Bell Cow exceeded my expectations. Ronnie and Hunter arrived within the scheduled time frame. They were courteous, and the quality of work was excellent. When they were finished they cleaned up after themselves. My experience was positive and I recommend this company.
Making arrangements for a HVAC preventive maintenance was easy and fast. The technician called me to tell me when he would arrive, and arrived on time. He even answered questions about a heat pump vs furnace, and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Their prices were fair and reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
$804 for sewer main line clean out and camera inspection. I was glad the Bell Cow team could come out the same day I called, and cleaned my sewer drain. They were well equipped and quick with their work.
Bell Cow performed repair work on my dad's house in conjunction w Terminex contract and did am amazing job. Our team was professional, communicated so well, and did a tremendous job. I will definitely hire for other jobs in the future.

The company did and excellent job keeping us informed on ordering of the parts. The technician Jamye took his time and was very thorough in repairing and replacing the parts. He deserves KUDOS and a reward.
My hvac went down last night and right now being the hottest days so far this summer, it got unbearably hot in my house with no ac. As soon as bellcow opened I called them and they were able to squeeze me into a opening late afternoon, not even an hour later they called me again with a earlier time which worked much better for me. The man they sent was very respectful and knowledgeable about everything he was looking at. Not even 5 min go by and he has my hvac back up and running. He sees a few other problems and takes care of them as well, such as the drain being slightly backed up. 15-20 min later he was done. The house is starting to cool down now. I want this tech every time. It’s rare to find someone who knows their trade this well. I’m glad I can count on bell cow. Thank you guys for everything and looking forward to continued service with you guys.
