I had been paying ARS for annual maintenance service for several years. I feel completely betrayed. Every visit, they say the exact same thing. They only try to sell me a new filter and a $200 UV light for $2,500. They lie to me and say the system is full of contamination. The last visit raised a red flag. I had just changed the filter myself. Less than 2 weeks old. They once again tried to sell me the filter and UV light. I went under the house a few weeks after they left and made some discoveries. They had pulled my dryer duct off and left it blowing under the house. They left the caps off of the coolant system, which caused a coolant leak. I took the panel off myself and noticed nothing built up at all on the inside of the unit. No contamination. The UV light scam is just that, a scam. It's $100-$200 on Amazon, 4 screws, and a power plug. And they want to charge $2,500 for a 20 minute installation. I called a different company to come out and get the system working well again plus recharge the coolant. Doesn't appear that any cleaning or maintenance ever took place. I will never again do business with ARS. Their only motivation is upselling a UV light that isn't even necessary. Greed ruins everything. Profit over Passion = Lost Customers. Sick of the lies. Stop lying to people for $$$$. Just be honest.

good work with the install. main compliant was they gave me a window of 9am -11am. despite calling twice the installer showed up 7 hrs late and no one contacted me to say he was on his way. was told when I called twice that the install was still scheduled and I should be hearing from my professional shortly but never did, he just showed up.

We had a rep come out on 6/16 just to check the unit. First red flag was prior to even starting he asked if I had a home warranty, I did. Shortly after he proceeded to tell me that I needed $16K worth of work done to replace the unit. Contacted my home warranty company who refused to work with ARS sent another company to come check it out. Come to find out, there was NO freon. AT ALL. That was the fix. Nothing else was wrong outside of that. My AC unit has been working wonderfully since then. Do not work with this company. Contact anyone else. Not sure if he caused these issues intentionally, but we did not have any cooling issues prior to his arrival.

Show up . Nope. They called me to do a tune up $49 I didn't want to do it at first. Should listened to my self. Because I've had issues with their techs before. Either ignorant of not show up or late. Anyway. I scheduled a time. They called that morning to verify my appointment time. Before time. They called. Said tech late. Then next time came. 2 hours later. Suppose to be here by 430. No show. No call. At about 830 I got a call that tech can't make it today. We'll. Thanks for calling late. Stop calling people trying to get extra business when u can't handle what u have.

When I scheduled the service to diagnose the source of the leak on our master bathroom, Roto Rooter said they that will do everything to figure out where the water leak is coming from creating a water damage on our garage ceiling. However, when the plumber showed up, he said that they were not allowed to open up our ceiling because it’s popcorn

Was scheduled for a window of 12pm-4pm. Dispatched called at 12:15 pm to let me know once the technician was available they would call. No communication about running behind. I called at 3 pm for an update and was told the same thing. Called again at 4:50 pm and told the same thing. They finally called at 7 pm saying they would be on their way “if I still needed them.” I understand if technicians run behind, but communication and updates are necessary. I moved plans around for a specific time window. Respect customers time please.

Josh did his job. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out all the issues that I had and what needed to be fixed. The only problem is their front office reps communication skills. I don't like accuracy gaps.

OKAY WELL here we go. Let's start with last summer when they were no shows in the time bracket THEY scheduled. Disappointing. After getting a couple other places on the list for estimates this year we thought let's give it another try. Same thing only worse this time. Called around 3pm to get some info. Service fee wasn't unreasonable so I said okay put us on the schedule. Still had all our info from last year. She said okay you're good, we'll be there 5-9. I said great, and so we waited. AND WAITED. Finally it got close to 9 pm so I called back. After some investigating he came back and said he was sorry but apparently the person I spoke with neglected to ACTUALLY schedule us in the system. Asked me about a confirmation email, of which I did not receive. I guess this person has had some other incidents in the past. He also read back some notes about how my husband had to leave so we cancelled the service...? NOPE. Wrong. I said, that was last year when you guys didn't show up on time. I was thinking omg. seriously with this right now? What is happening. So we basically had waited all evening for no one.😩 He did say, were so sorry, we don't know what happened... but we'll put you on priority for tomorrow morning. The email will say 8-12 but you're on first thing as "no air" priority. Reluctantly I said okay, but I'm supposed to make a road trip and I need someone to be on time. Was assured that someone would be here. Cut to 8 am next morning. No technician. 9am, no technician. So I call. They are gonna contact dispatch to contact the technician and find out his eta. Sometime later they call me and say he's finishing up on a job and is 30,45 minutes out. Cut to 10 am, 10:30, Over an hour. Okay by now I've lost my patients and OBVIOUSLY we're NOT priority. Called again. Got the same story from someone different. Meanwhile my ride is here for my trip so I have to leave. Luckily my other half was off of work so I gave them his contact number and I l

They were responsive to my call in an emergency. The receptionists were kind and understanding. The plumbers came when I was scheduled, with great attitudes in spite of record heat working in my attic. I could not be more pleased and grateful.

I do not recommend them. They are very pushy and kept saying they don't want to bad mouth the other company that I got a estimate from but still kept saying that they won't do everything right like they will do. And there price was $6000 more then all the other prices I got. And when I told them that there price was high they dropped it to get within $1500 from the other prices which means they are price gouging if they can drop $4500

Zack was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick with the diagnostic of our HVAC unit. We went through Home Depot, but I'm beyond pleased that Zack was the one that was contacted and sent our way! We will be contacting ARS directly for any of our HVAC needs!

I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO GET MY AC WORKING. The first guy Misdiagnosed and replaced the thermostat. The AC STILL DIDNT WORK THE NEXT DAY. They came back and did something else. The AC STILL didn't work. They came back a 3rd time and said they they would come back with a part. The next day they came back and the AC still didn't work. Finally the 4 the guy diagnosed properly and started that I will be charged nearly $2,000. I have no problem paying the fee but I was requesting the nearly $600 that I already paid for the misdiagnosed work, be put towards my new bill. I have left messages for management for the last week and no one will call me back. So disappointed.

They showed up before the time scheduled which worked out well for me! Wes, Anthony and Bryson were awesome technicians, along with Zack who came later to assist with completing the ductwork. I should see a huge difference in my ventilation within a few days.

Nashat was excellent! Amazing personality and amazing customer service!! Such a wonderful human being. My man my dude my bro, like Nashat better than my neighbors… really good guy and a cool cat. Yeah he tried his best to sell me extras but I actually enjoyed the effort. Very professional. I was initially in a bad mood because my appointment with another AC service company kept pushing my schedule appointment further back but Nashat’s positive demeanor was welcoming. Cool peoples for sure - A+. Gracias para todo

The first communication I had I told them exactly why I needed the person said they understood and set me up an appointment time for that Thursday evening. I later gotten a call and said we can not come today but we can come Tuesday between 12-4.I said ok I then get a call at 3:30 and said the tech was behind and it will be after 5. I get a cal at 5:50 the tech is in route he is coming from Durham (30 Miles away). When he gets here at 6:30 he has the wrong information and is not here for what I requested. What a wast of my time.

Was able to schedule a HVAC tuneup at a time that worked for me. The technician was on-time, friendly, and professional. Didn't try to upsell me on services, but kindly described some of the available ones. Was in and out quickly and cost was reasonable. Highly recommend!
