On time, very professional, courteous and honest. I had another firm that wanted to replace a part that was going to be very expensive Called Allen Kelly and the Tech was able to properly diagnose and make the repair at 1/3 the cost. Good folks.

Our A/C went out on July 3rd evening. Even though they were closed for July 4th, they had an emergency technician in duty who came by. He had six calls before us but still came by. He was professional and even wished me a happy 4th as he was driving off … to another appointment.

Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year, and to our delight Allen Kelly has an after-hours service and had a technician out within 30 minutes. Kristopher was outstanding - very professional, friendly, diagnosed our problem right away, and had us up and running in no time. We've used Allen Kelly in two different houses now over the last 15 years or so, and they will always be our go-to HVAC provider!
Currently, I only have a quote for work, but having them come to provide a quote was great! They really helped me understand the various options and were knowledgeable about the details. I have a PhD in mechanical engineering and have worked in energy efficiency for over 25 years but didn’t let on during their visit and was impressed with the honesty, openness, and deep technical knowledge that they explained in understandable language for a layperson.
Working with Allen Kelly & Company is awesome. Their technicians are super communicative and professional. I highly recommend them for the work they did with replacing our unit when it failed and for several years of preventative maintenance after the sale!
Jason was great. Walked me though everything that was going on and what solutions would be best. Didn’t try to force anything on me with up selling. Very professional and efficient. Will be using them again in the future.

Allen Kelly & Sons has serviced (and installed) my furnace for several years. They are professional, respond quickly, friendly. The prices are in line with other companies, but no reason to shop around if you find a company you can depend on. Good solid company.
