David Johnson was our technician for this visit. He quickly was able to diagnose the issue and showed me how to prevent it moving forward. Davis was very helpful, friendly, and informative. Biannual servicing of HVAC system. Service was delivered as promised and the service technician was both polite and professional.
They found that our unit had been originally wired incorrectly by the contractor. They found the problem, fixed it, and gave me tips on how to keep our system working optimally, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Charles and Dustin made a great team!
Darius was great but Air Tron may no longer be my preferred supplier. I was insulted when asked to pay before he arrived. I was angry when I was told that an annual contract would not cover the cost of todays service. I will find another supplier to add refrigerant and go from there. Business must be very good for you. AirTran is far and away the most professional hvac service I've found in the triangle compared to 4 others I've sampled. Theres is a "customer first" orientation rather than salespeople on wheels.
We have a service plan with Airtron and they always respond quickly when we need them and solve the problem.

Showed up the morning of our problem when our downstairs went cold. Technician cleaned a sensor and it was working again like magic. Didn't even charge us anything beyond their normal inspection fee. Very happy with how it went.

Still waiting on getting AC service working. Techs were all respectful and on time, but none of that makes me feel better when it's 80° upstairs
This is the company that our builder used. This is a brand new house and unit. It is not working and they knew it when the house was still owned by the builder and did not have some one come back to get their diagnostic equipment and fix it. Instead, we called a week later when we moved in and realized that the system is still not fixed and is not working to keep the house cool. The thermostat is set at 65 and it is 80 in our house. And after calling the office, they are going to be a week before they have someone come out to get it fixed and I asked the receptionist to have the manager call me today. It was 430 pm and she would only tell him tomorrow. They must have emergency service people but apparently the receptionist did not think this was urgent. Not acceptable service! There is currently ducts in the ceiling not even connected to the system.

Airtron contracts with Pulte/Centex homes. They have come to my newly built house over 10 times over 2 years to tell me they cannot fix the water heater vent/flue clicking sounds. My neighbor in the same neighborhood has the same style house and water heater but their flue set up is different and managed by Carolina Plumbing, and theirs doesn't make any sounds. This is an example of poor quality, rush jobs, and poor expertise. Would not recommend.
I was contacted about10 minutes prior to the Service Tech arrived at the house on time. Tivoris was very professional, checked out the heating and the outside unit . He also change my filter. I will continue to use Airtron and Tivoris. .
Airtron installed an air scrubber on our HVAC equipment 2 years ago. The UV light in the air scrubber continued to burn out in a short period of time. Airtron honored the air scrubber warranty and replaced the unit with no charge. The HVAC specialist was on time for the job, had the job completed in a short time. All is working well. We are pleased with how this warranty request was handled.
Excellent service from AirTron. They have been taking care of my Heating and Air Condition Unit for 5 years.
