I’ve used Air Works many times over the past several years for my AC needs. They are always prompt and good communicators. Their technicians are knowledgeable and provide quick service. They have never tried to take advantage of us by selling anything unnecessary. I would recommend Air Works to anyone.
Air Works Continually provides great service, over and over again! We were introduced to Air Works 2 years ago by our realtor when our AC died on a 90+ degree day, the day before an open house! She called Air Works and they had our 14 yr old AC unit fixed within hours, on a Friday afternoon! And, the cost was super reasonable, even though we weren't even one of their customers yet! Then, they came out again a few weeks later, at no cost, to show the home inspector that our unit was working properly despite his best attempts to say otherwise! I was sold then, so we set up an annual maintenance contract with them on our new house. Twice, they have come out with very short notice to fix what thankfully were minor issues. They always combined our upcoming service with the call to so we weren't out extra service fees! Even when we do have to have extra work done, the prices are super reasonable and the service top notch from the office staff to the techs. I can't say enough great things about Air Works! They truly are the best!!!
We would give six stars if we could. They were prompt, professional and priced reasonably. They replaced our HVAC system in just one morning. The blower on the system is significantly stronger than the old one and it caused the panels to make noises when it came in and shut off. They came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful. Would definitely recommend.
I've been using Air Works exclusively for over 10 years now. They recently performed an entire reinstall for my downstairs and upstairs. I was provided with several options so that I could determine what best fit my budget. The service was exceptional as always. Bryan and his crew arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the work exactly when they said they would. Michelle and her staff was amazing as well, providing clear and prompt communication. I can't say enough about Air Works. Professional, quality, cost effective service. If you're considering a new HVAC company, PLEASE give Michelle a call immediately!
Great, personalized service. I love the fact that I deal with the same core people on an annual basis vs. some "Brand Name" or "Big Company." I felt they kept our old units going as long as possible without pressuring us to replace them. However, when those units finally died (at different times), we bought our new units through Air Works and had them installed. I appreciated how they not only provide recommendations for these major purchases, but offered reasons behind their recommendations as well as the costs and benefits of various alternatives.
I decided to go with Air Works because of recommendations from people I know who used them. My existing HVAC systems were failing, and the temperature was rising in my home daily. They were easy to contact, and sent a tech out quickly who was able to answer all my questions - and I had a lot of them! We were able to wrap things up quickly, and before I knew it I had two nice new HVAC systems professionally installed in my home that I'm very happy with. I'd recommend Air Works to anyone looking for a solid, professional experience.

Very impressed! I was originally just looking for an estimate to compare to another company and we selected Air Works instead. From the first phone call to clean up from installation we couldn't be happier. Great customer service and great quality equipment. We will definitely be calling Air Works when the time comes to replace our other unit.

First time using this spectacular family owned business. I told them my AC unit wasn't working properly and they sent someone right out. Our home is comfortable again!!!!! I was greeted with a friendly face and an informative air works employee.I will definitely use Air Works for maintenance and or replacement of my unit.
I have been using Air Works for years now. They are a family run business. Super friendly. Very responsive. I use their package which provides me with a Spring and Fall checkup for one price. They replaced both of my units a few years back and got me a great 0% finance deal. I will continue to use them.
Bryan Frazier and his team installed two units for us. They arrived as promised and finished on schedule. Our system is working beautifully and we've never been so comfortable.
