As an individual who doesn't write reviews often, I must express my genuine surprise and delight at the service I received from Air Quality. In a world where mechanical repairs for home or car can sometimes feel like a daunting and uncertain process, it's easy to become suspicious. Recently, I encountered an issue with my HVAC unit and contacted several companies for help. Most of these companies were eager to sell me a brand new unit, explaining in detail, how a repair would be a waste of time and money. Air Quality, on the other hand, took the time to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem and were able to fix it quickly and efficiently, providing me with immense relief as a new unit would have been a significant expense that I was not prepared for, especially being that it was for a rental property. What truly impressed me was the sincerity and transparency. They didn't pressure me to make a purchase that I didn't need or take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the subject. Instead, they focused on providing a solution that was tailored to my specific situation and needs. Novel approach, right!? In fact, when I mentioned to them what their competitor had said about the back-ordered capacitors, they didn't hesitate to check for themselves. They found that the capacitors were readily available, and that was all that was needed to extend the unit for another season. This was a clear demonstration of their commitment to their customers and their willingness to go above and beyond even if it meant less revenue for them in the short term. Eddy and his team are the absolute best! Seriously, don't use anyone else. I moved into a house 8 months ago and Eddy came out asap when I our A/C unit upstairs stopped working. A big box HVAC company quoted me $5,000 to fix the problem, but Eddy quoted less than a third of that. He shot me straight, told me where the real issue was, gave me multiple options, including helping me understanding the longevity of my unit and the repair. He's honest and really wants to do right by his customers. And he's very responsive. Highly recommend him!
Honest, professional, responsive, on time. I had an estimate of $2000 for changing the compressor on an old AC unit and I asked them for second opinion and estimate.They fixed my AC for $220 ! This is what I call honesty and professionalism.I'll highly recommend them.
Great job and reasnable price
I can't say enough about these folk's excellent communication skills and how easy they were to work with. When I called them late on Friday night to inform them of the issue with my air conditioner, Eddie texted me back to ask for the part number and serial number so he could check to see whether the item was in stock. On Monday, he contacted to confirm, and three hours later, he arrived with the required parts, and my air conditioner was back in working order. I highly recommend working with these folks without a doubt.

EXCELLENT Experience.. Starting from estimate till completion of the job and they always answered my call and questions as well as showed up on time and replaced my 2nd floor unit. They were reasonable in estimate, polite, punctual and more over very detailed in their work and cleaning up after their work and explaining us the new system etc. Going forward definitely they are and will be my only choice for any HVAC needs. I do highly recommend any one in need to contact these guys and get their estimates and give them chance to serve you.

On Tuesday afternoon my A/C motor went out and on Wednesday morning at 9:00 Abraham was here to replace it! He was very polite, quick, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful to myself as well as my home! Excellent work Abraham!!! Thank you! I highly recommend this company!

Abraham from Air Quality Air Conditioning and Heating Repair was dispatched out to repair our air conditioning unit. Not only was the company one of eight that we called and was able to work us into their schedule on the same day, but when Abraham came out to our house, he quickly diagnosed the problem and readily had the parts to fix it. He also showed us how he diagnosed the problem and proved which part had failed. This is not something most air conditioning companies do. I really appreciate the openness of Abraham's troubleshooting, which really showed us that Air Quality Repair was a trustworthy company to work with. After fixing the issue, I was able to talk with Abraham about another air conditioning issue I was having, and he showed me a quick fix that I was not aware of. I really appreciate Abraham and Air Quality Repair. I will be using their company going forward anytime I am in need of HVAC service!!!
Josh was the technician that came to diagnose my AC. He was the most professional, kind, honest and knowledgeable young man I had the pleasure to meet to service my AC and I have had many because my last unit worked for 22 years. He was a true blessing. He diagnosed the problem immediately. My current unit was installed last year and the cooling has stopped. The coil was frozen, which means probably is a leak and the coolant must be low. I just had seasonal maintenance performance a week ago by the company that installed the unit. Oh he didn’t say there were any issues. He said, the unit is working very good. It’s possible the unit may have gone bad a week ago after the seasonal maintenance. But, I had bad vibes when the installing company give the report after the seasonal maintenance. True example follow your gut. Josh recommended that I call the installation company because the warranty should still be with the manufacturer, which it is for parts put not labor, therefore the installer should pay for the labor. Bottom line I should not be paying for installation for a unit that was installed less than a year ago. The installer will be paying for the installation. No cost to me. Josh I am so thankful you where the technician on Saturday. Truly a blessing! Thank you so much!!! Very Happy Customer.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. When another company couldn’t fix my HVAC in the dead of winter for a couple days leaving me without heat THIS company came through and fixed the issue immediately. on Christmas eve, late at night, they came and helped get our unit back up and running on short notice and did an amazing job very professional and will definitely be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs. Thank you!
My heat wasn't coming on. It was a really complicated problem, which i couldn't figure out. I called many techs who had no idea. Literally within 1 hour of giving Mr. Barakat a call, he came right over. Looked at the problem, knew the solution before even starting work. I was asking him a question, and he answered it really well. He said my furnace didn't have a flame sensor(I didn't even think about this) and he was gonna wire it in. I was like wow, how you gonna wire in a flame sensor on 30 year old furnace. HE said watch. Lo and behold, he had the heat working in 30 minutes of his arrival. I was like wow. I had been quoted to $5000-$6000 to replace a furnace, and this guy solved it in 10 minutes for less than a month of youtube tv subscription. I mean why don't they fix everything like plumbing, appliance, and cars. I begged him to start fixing my car and appliances he had a laugh. I wasn't joking. Please expand your services to fixing everything. Truly geniuses and honest. Have used them for years, and will never ever think about going anywhere else.
These folks definitely earned five stars! First off, they saved me from getting ripped off by another local company that was going to charge me about $2000 more than Air Quality ended up charging me. The Air Quality representative was over at my house within an hour of me calling them to check out the furnace. He showed up in a mask, gave me a more detailed description of the problem than the other place and wasn't going to charge anything for the diagnosis (compared to the $100 the other place wanted to charge me). They were back over within a couple days and replaced our furnace in a few hours. He was extremely polite and offered to clean up after himself. I consider myself very lucky to have been directed to them.
Without a doubt the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Prompt , Professional and always going the extra mile to make sure you are happy. I had an AC unit installed a couple years ago when my lower unit finally died. I found them through the internet , read the reviews and took a chance. I'm glad I did! A few weeks ago my unit stopped working on a Sunday. I made the call and by 530 Sunday they were here and a clogged drain was fixed. No up charge for weekend just fast honest service. Today I had them install a complete new heater/AC unit for our upstairs. They arrived on time, took extra time to make sure everything was working correctly, made sure the units were registered and cleaned up. I have never written a review good or bad and perhaps wont again However if you are looking for a company that you can trust I can very highly recommend Air Quaity!
