Just had Gregory Bunson out to perform my bi-annual HVAC maintenance. Prior to the appointment, I received an email, phone call and text reminder letting me know Gregory was on his way. Gregory was on time, professional and thorough with my service and even identified a minor problem which was quickly resolved no-charge based on my maintenance agreement. Beyond the system service was the level of respect and professionalism that Gregory endeavored to provide. He put on shoe covers before entering my home, turned off lights when he finished and took the time to provide a detailed explanation of what he did and the status of my systems. This is the level of service I expect and the reason I stay with Air Experts Heating and Cooling!
In December of 2020, Air Experts sold us a Rheem HVAC system and a Lennox PureAir air purifier which attaches to the air handler. The Air Experts salesman gave us the hard sell on the benefits of the Lennox unit -- best unit on the market for people with allergies ...blah... blah... blah. He also told us it needs servicing every 6 months to a year depending on the allergen load in our home. We had them install the system in January of 2021. Despite many requests to Air Experts to service our Lennox PureAir, it has not been serviced -- almost 2 1/2 years after the initial installation. Two months ago, in March, I sent Air Experts an email requesting that our Lennox system be serviced along with our HVAC units. I had just paid for their annual service agreement - $287.16. I then called to reiterate that I wanted the Lennox unit serviced at the next HVAC service. I was told it would have to be scheduled approximately two months out to give them time to order parts. In June, the tech came out, and again, this fellow knew nothing about my request to have the Lennox unit serviced and he was not able to service it. Seeing my frustration, he called his supervisor and then he called the office. The tech told me the office told him the price of the parts is $430. Why was I never told this in my many attempts to get service? I can order these parts myself for $167. The tech told me that I would be getting a call from Air Experts to straighten the matter out. The call never came. So I ordered a new kit -- filter and UVA light -- and then went into the crawlspace to disconnected the unit according to the directions. I saw that the light on the front of the unit was not lit. When I opened the door on the Lennox unit, I saw 3 wires with stripped ends hanging in the air. I called Lennox to inquire about the bare wires. I gave them the units model and serial number and was told the unit was manufactured in 2018 -- a year and a half before it was installed. He arrived at the earliest point in the time range on a Sunday morning, having called in advance. The problem ended up being trickier than initially expected. At each step of the way, he made sure to explain where the problem might be and what test and result would confirm it. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and left me with a better understanding of my system, what caused the issue and how he fixed it. Really nothing more you could ask for.
Vincent Trent did an excellent job quickly identifying and resolving the issue with our AC unit. Friendly, professional service at a reasonable cost.
Air Experts were able to have someone out to my house on the same day I called and got it fixed on site. Shane got here right on time at the beginning of the time frame I was given and was very polite and professional! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this company for HVAC issues.
I have been using this company since I moved to my new house. Always professional, on time and I have never have any issues. I use them for service and semi-annual maintenance and just signed up for a new annual maintenance package.
Appreciate the level of service I receive from Air Experts. They communicate well before and during the service call. I always know exactly who is coming and when. Jonathon was on time and professional and took care to leave my home in as good of condition as when he arrived. I work from home, so having others working inside the house while I'm on calls can be challenging. Jonathon was sensitive to that and went out of the way to be quiet and discreet. Thank you.
Purchased a new system from Air Experts after doing a lot of reading reviews and researching products. These guys are by far the best I've found and I feel as though I've got a good value for a good system. Gabe came to a minor service call the same day I called after 6:00 pm! He gets a ton of kudos for the after hours visit and great customer service!! A new HVAC system is a major investment and I feel as though I've made a great choice with Air Experts.
Mr. Torrie came to to do a/c preventive maintenance! He was professional, arrive on time and gave good advice concerning filters! It is always a pleasure to have Mr. Torrie and all of your staff to conduct business with me( this includes telephone staff also)
Aiden was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and informed me through the process while servicing our AC unit. He was very thorough and efficient in getting the job completed. A pleasure to meet and will call them when next service is needed. Thank you!
First time using this company because I had a bad experience with another HVAC company. This guys are awesome. From calling in and talking to the people on the to the tech who came out. They spent quality time explaining everything to me and didn’t make it seem like I was a bother. They weren’t in a rush to move on he stayed until I was satisfied on what they were doing. Great job all around.
Koy was prompt, courteous, professional, friendly, respectful, and did a great job fixing my mini-split, which was difficult to get to. The woman who called to let me know he was on his way was also super friendly. I wish every company was run like Air Experts Heating and Cooling.
We had Air experts do our yearly A.C Maintenance. The representative, Nicolas, was very thorough, personable and professional. He explained the process and the results. All the techs and service personnel we have dealt with have been excellent.
Electrical repair! Bernardo was great! Pleasant, answered questions, professional, a really nice guy, got the job done! A person who was power washing our home got water in outside electric box which shut off power on the start of a holiday weekend. Thanks to the great service from Michael-and Sons it was repaired! I've been using Air Experts to perform scheduled Bi-annual maintenance on my 2 HVAC and 1 Split Unit for 3 years now. The entire experience from reminder call to scheduling to having the maintenance performed has been one of professionalism, responsiveness and courtesy.
We have used Air Experts to replace our entire HVAC unit a few years ago, and then our water heater went out and that’s when I discovered they do plumbing too! I have only had positive experiences with all the staff over the years. I messaged a plumber late in the evening about a concern on the hot water install they did and he responded within the hour. You do not need to look any further for your heating, cooling, or plumbing needs. Air Experts is superior to all the others!
Mark Fahorn ist simply the BEST technician. Very knowledgeable, eager to answer any questions and professional. He is a Jewel at Air Experts, he has been servicing our system for many years. I would not have anybody else to come out !
Tony took his time upfront to listen to our issues and ask questions. He was very professional through the entire process. I am pleased to say he fixed a problem that has been going on for awhile with our system. He really understands his work and I would recommend him!!
