AKRAM is a true professional with a solid knowledge and experience in the field. He came as a professional from my home warranty company but the way he handled everything was so different than usual contractors. With a right diagnosis he sent over Hassan who was another example of his professional crew. I would highly recommend these guys for AC services.

A/S Eco Air Services did an excellent job with replacing my air conditioner. They were very professional and explained step by step everything that was going on with my unit. They came out as promised on a holiday and the team worked very hard to get my unit installed in a timely manner. Akraim explained to me in detail about my new unit and did a walk through to show me what the team did and what I needed to do to ensure I get the best use out of my unit! Would definitely recommend and am very pleased with their services!

I received a recommendation to use A/S Eco Air Services from my neighbors, who have lived in Durham for many decades and seem to know everyone. They had used A/S to replace their HVAC system in 2022, and were very impressed by the owner's prompt response, kind demeanor, and reasonable prices. Almost a year later, my HVAC started to show its age. I contacted owner, Akram, who was able to call me back that same day. Surprisingly, he was able to squeeze me into his tight schedule just a few days later. He spent quite a bit of time looking at the system, ductwork, and thermostats, and investigating whether he could restore it back to working condition. I was already prepared to consider buying a new replacement, which ended up being the case. I was very impressed with the fair offer Akram proposed and was even more surprised to find out how fast he would be able to install the new HVAC. About 1 week later, I had a team of 3 friendly workmen and Akram arrive promptly, take down the old unit, and install the new one. The entire process took 4-5 hours, and was much quieter and less disruptive than I had imagined. Would I recommend Akram to others needing work done on their HVAC? Unquestionably, yes.

Exceptional Service!! I was in the market looking for HVAC replacement and had already dealt with atleast 3 different installers. All the others provided vague processes and costs associated with the new system. Akram from A/S Eco Air Services was extremely professional, courteous and friendly even since he first visited to provide a detailed diagnosis, replacement options and process. Their turn around time from the time I gave a go-ahead to complete installation was less than a week. The installation itself was seamless with no disruption, they took care of discarding the old system, clean-up after completion and explained the next steps. Highly Recommend them for any of your HVAC Services!

Akram runs an efficient business, He knows what he is doing, both new machines and my very old ones! His pricing was very fair and I was impressed by his amount of knowledge. He was also very responsive to text messaging and kept in contact with me while he ordered a part and let me know when he was on the way and showed up exactly when he said he would. That is very rare these days.I will definitely call him back when I need help again!

Great guy, Akram owner of A/S Eco Air Services to work with. My A/C unit was down, initiated the service with home warranty on Friday and the call was scheduled to be on Monday but he came on Sunday to fix the system.
