Top-notch service from these folks. Carter came out to diagnose an AC issue on one of the warmest days of the year yet. He was back the next day to replace a faulty part. Communication was great, and the repair itself was very speedy. Great experience with 6 & Fix
Great experience with 6 & fix, we have used them twice now for our AC repairs. Craig C was very professional, knowledgeable and informative! He went above and beyond to answer questions that we had! Two thumbs up!
We had a maintenance agreement with R&S Mechanical. Prior to using the agreement, R&S merged with 6 and Fix. We used the first of two maintenance plan and were dissatisfied with the service. The repair person turned off our furnace bc he felt it was located in a closed environment. After 6 years with R&S no one has ever made that claim. We got a second opinion and the company verified that was an incorrect analysis. With that, in February, we requested our money back on the balance of our maintenance plan ($230). After lengthy discussion with the VP, Sandy Lamarre, he indicated a credit would be issued. It is now May and after emails and texts we have received no response and no refund. Be careful with this company.
I appreciate an HVAC company that arrives on time, especially near the beginning of the estimated time window. Colby Y was very professional and spent the time to cover his entire inspection start to finish. Would highly recommend Colby and the 6 and Fix team for future maintenance.
Dennis Colby, technician, did my A/C system maintenance today and my gas water heater maintenance flush. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He took time to explain to me what he felt I needed to know about the water heater and A/C systems and I appreciate his patience, thoroughness, and expertise.
We contacted 6&Fix at 1:00pm on a Saturday for a heating unit problem and a technician was here at 3:00. Our technician, Colby, was excellent. He was very professional and was able to diagnose our problem. We are very satisfied with the service and have purchased a service contract with 6&Fix. We highly recommend.

Every step of the way, Nike people were helpful and went out of their way to make our experience great. They provided a better discount than we expected. They made sure we knew the timeline. They upgraded our furnace when the one we ordered was out of order. The installation guys were super nice, friendly and hardworking. They stayed until the job was done. Everything about the experience was good.

The service was excellent; they informed me of developments and let me know when I needed to take action. Colby Dennis was excellent. Crawling around in the little space underneath the house could not have been fun for the technicians, who always maintained a nice attitude. He did a fantastic job of removing all the trash and fixing the damaged heating ducts. Now that the house's warmth is better distributed throughout, it has much improved.
Their service team is always on time and does a very thorough job. We’ve used them for annual cleanings of the furnace, AC, and tankless water heaters. We recently had all of our ducts cleaned, and they took the furnace apart in order to clean it thoroughly. Great job!
Colby Dennis served as our technician to maintain our split-system air conditioners. He came to our house and was very knowledgeable about our system. He arrived on time, was courteous, and helpful in explaining his work and providing us with prices for further systems. His assistance was extremely excellent.
Nike provided timely, effective service and valuable guidance on matters of safety, upkeep, and eventual unit replacement. He performed the work professionally and thoroughly fixed our heater. Service Experts replaced the old HVAC ducts in the attic and crawl space of our house.They were prompt, efficient, and professional. The result is excellent, and they completely cleaned up after finishing. They also replaced our old water heater, and we be arehappier.
