I reached out to Chuck for a second opinion on our HVAC last Friday. We just moved into a house built in 2017. A different HVAC company, that I won't mention, had been here to "fix" it 4 times in approximately 3 months. After their last visit, the HVAC was working ok. However, a few days later a burnt smell would come from the vents inside the house every time the cooling kicked in, then the unit started tripping the breaker switch. Chuck fit us in on Monday and found what the problem was right away. He fixed the drainage problem, reconnected the shut-off switch for a clogged drain, and fixed the burnt wiring. Will be using him from now on for maintenance and repairs.
Chuck at CCM services is outstanding. He is quick to respond to inquiries and makes sure you understand everything he is working on at your home. Chuck is thorough in his work and very reliable! We’ve had him out a few times for our two HVAC units and he knew how to fix it perfectly. He is fast and efficient. Zero complaints from us and our friends use him too!

Chuck is a real professional. He gets the job done right and he is trustworthy too. He can do many different things so just ask ! Specialty is HVAC.
