Phone goes right to voicemail and never get a call back. Are you guys hiding from previous clients?
Must be too busy
AireTime installed a new HVAC system in the house I was recently remodeling in Durham. They did a great job and passed City inspections without any issues. Very knowledgeable, efficient and fair priced. I highly recommend AireTime for your HVAC needs.
AireTime has great workmanship, is efficient, punctual, is professional and has reasonable prices. I highly endorse/recommend them they also have good staff.
Had a full AC+heating system w/ new unit and furnace, plus new ductwork and a smart thermostat put in. AireTime had the most competitive bid and knocked everything out in 2 days. No pushy sales pitch from Danny, just clear pricing for a few different options we were considering. Workmanship looks great and system has ran smoothly for a month since.
We have tried a few HVAC companies in the Pittsboro and Chapel Hill area, and have found AireTime to be the most professional and trustworthy company around.
Keith and his entire team were great to work with: I highly endorse and recommend them. We rebuilt a brick ranch, turning it into a 1 1/2 story cape. Keith recommended two systems each with dampers for zoning and four thermostats. It works like a charm and is extremely efficient. He also installed our gas lines and the bathroom and kitchen ventilation systems. It doesn't get any closer to perfect than this!
Keith was patient with my wife and I as we took our time to decide on upgrading our house with two systems. He was knowledgeable on how to make our house efficient and comfortable. His crew of men, four of them, were respectful, conscientious, and actually very quiet. The work was done in the time expected. The work was done at the price agreed upon (no “unexpected” fees). My house feels amazing! I am thankful to Keith and his crew. I would easily recommend them to anyone.
Always have great service from these folks. Very responsive and reasonably priced. I recommend them.
I initially called Mack's HVAC who made an appt & didn't show, then Chatham HVAC who never returned my call, and next AireTime who had an answering service that took my info after which the business called me within 15mins. An appt was made & I was called when the tech was on his way out. Although the tech had broken english, he was polite & knowledgeable. After properly diagnosing a broken TX valve I was told I would need to replace the refrigerant (15lbs x $75(r410a which is $4/lb retail) = $1125) when the valve was replaced. I asked about reusing the existing refrigerant and was told it wasn't possible because it would be contaminated. When i asked why would it be contaminated the tech's english went to spanish. I was told someone would call me with a quote. They had 2 of my phone numbers but I never received a call. I finally called Trogdon HVAC who replaced my valve & reclaimed/reused the existing refrigerant.
We've had Airetime as our HVAC provider for several years. They are very responsive when there is a problem. I sent a request for a service call to check out why my heat pump was utilizing aux heat on New Year's eve expecting that it would be a couple of days before we would have a tech available. Alvano was on site the next day. Keith and his group are great!
Quickly fixed the issue, no complaints and great to work with 420/420
Technician was very nice, but 140.00 for 30 mins of walking around, hook up a pressure gauge, and take a temp reading in the house?? If you don't want to go broke don't call these guys often .
Very curtious and professional. Came out same day we called. Had to order parts, but installed very next morning and had us up and running!
Technician arrived right on time, service fixed my heater and was courteous while doing so. The price was better than the other places I called beforehand.
Had called for repair 12/21 came out repaired it. Worked 4 two days. Today is the 28 of December and still not fixed. They leave your house pretty COLD
