I’ve had a few HVAC companies out in the last 3 years to look at and service my unit, but Tyson Services is by far the BEST! Megan was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. Anthony (Service Tech) was punctual, professional, and did a wonderful job installing my new unit fast and efficiently. I HIGHLY recommend Tyson Service to everyone for your HVAC needs!

I am very pleased with the work this company does. Megan the receptionist was phenomenal. She really takes the time to listen to the customer to set up the appropriate service the customer may need. She was very sweet and used great manners. Will definitely be using them again with our HVAC problems.

This company is a family owned company that is very active in the charlotte area and community minded. They are very good at what they do. The technicians are very respectful and capable. You should call them. We did!!
Meagan worked with us every step of the way from the initial estimate to the day of installation. Tyson not only had the best price of the estimates we received, their customer service was excellent! Meagan was informative and went above and beyond in getting the unit installed quickly as well. Local, great prices, and prompt service.
I confidently recommend Tyson Services for HVAC needs! My gas package unit began to fail this winter and Tyson Services was able to quote and install a new unit in 2 days. Megan is incredibly responsive and so helpful. She’s a great resource for any questions on the differences between equipment, financing options, and rebates.

Megan who is the scheduler, dealt with my home warranty company, financial assistance, customer service and beyond etc is absolutely amazing and personable. She truly cares about her customers and helps in every way she can!! Kinda a one woman band really!! If I were her boss I would absolutely reward her for her going above and beyond for her customers!!
I usually dread dealing with HVAC companies. Today that all changed. Chuck the service tech was awesome and was able to troubleshoot a problem with a tree frog that had found out the control panel and electricity is not to be messed with! Chuck was able to get our AC working again without breaking the bank.
Highly recommend Tyson Services. Our thermostat showed error in the middle of the night and A/C was shut. Searched in google and first thing we found was Tyson services. Megan was very prompt, responsive and she caught hold of one of the technicians (Chuck) and got everything resolved before noon the next day. What an incredible service!!! Looks like in the blink of an eye all got reset :) Chuck, the technician was very knowledgeable and he resolved at a flat speed. Thank you very much Tyson Services for resolving my issue within no time.
Highly recommend. Very courteous and responsive customer service and quality and trustworthy technicians. Fixed my broken system and now performing twice a year maintenance.
I called Tyson's when our home warranty couldn't find a company to come out in a rural area. Megan got right on it with getting someone out to give us a diagnostic. Megan immediately sent everything to our home warranty company they needed. It took 5 weeks for the warranty company to get everything approved and ordered but Megan got the ETA and had it installed the very next day. I highly recommend Tyson's Sevices Air
