Just started using this business as my HVAC yearly maintenance service. Service man was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The office staff I spoke to seemed very nice and understanding of my concerns so overall very pleased.
Had a problem with my ac unit they came out and answered my question and didn't even charge me

After researching many well known and reputable Heating/AC companies, BYRUM Heating & AC was the best of the best option. Jason Burnette came to my home and took the time to thoroughly explain the various options that were available to me for a complete install. His demeanor, professionalism, expertise and knowledge about the products offered allowed me to make a clear/educated decision. Jason was the initial introduction that I had to BYRUM and he far exceeded my expectations. Jason takes extraordinary pride in his profession and exemplifies the vision and values that BYRUM has been building their brand on. He treated me and my install as if he were working with family, making sure I received the best product for budget I had set and not trying to oversell products that were not needed. The selection/purchase process was effortless. In anticipation of the install, I received emails and calls confirming the date and time and what I should expect. The install day came and without fail the professionally dressed uniformed technician (Rafa and his assistant) showed up ON TIME with a smile behind their mask:). They were polite, alert, neat and took great lengths to protect my flooring and any areas that they would have to access. I couldn’t be more pleased with their install. Just when I thought it couldn’t get much better Eric Byrum showed up to assist with the part of the install that requires his expertise. He too, is/was professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He spoke to me in a manner that I could understand, explained the system installed and all the fabulous features that it has. I could go on and on about this crew and the others who names I did not get. They are a well oiled machine and TRULY DESERVE ACCOLADES for maintaining this extraordinary level of professionalism in this day and time where the consumer can be very hard to please. This has been the best money I spent and I am CONFIDENT THAT I WILL CONTINUE TO WORK WITH YOU
The mice had a field day with our crawlspace climate ducts. Not only did they replace the ducts, but they also figured out how to balance the air flow to make the inside more comfortable. From the moment the heat was turned on you could tell a difference, the temperature from room to room was very even and made the comfort of the down stairs feel amazing.
Byrum staff is very friendly and professional, I got a great experience, they delivered everything to my expectations and as promised. They arrived earlier in the morning and left at the end of the day, with completely new system working. Thank You guys.

All the areas that Byrum and Jason Burnette were covered thoroughly. The unit installed efficiently. The heating and air providing comfort without the inconsistency of the old heater. They were great!
This company is great! Our heat wasnt working and they came that day to check and fix it. It stopped working a few days later and they came out again to check it. The second time it was a thermostat problem where it was set to a schedule and we didnt realize it. They are always very kind and professional
we recently had an an installation by byrum and we're very satisfied. They had to work around our time schedule as we had a medical emergency. They were very accommodating. They also were responsible for us getting a $450 rebate from duke energy.

The man who came to fix the unit was very nice and worked quickly. He was able to make the heat pump cool and told me what would need to be done before it got cold again. I will definitely call them the next time I need HVAC service.

We had the most amazing service from the time that the gentleman Who Sold us the unit walked in our door until the second that the guys left from putting it in.
