Andy Breuer fixed my 22 year old furnace in November 2022 for less than 1/5 of my expected repair cost. He showed up on time and did the work that was necessary and sufficient. He impressed me enough to win the business for replacing one of my AC/furnace split units last week. He provided a firm estimate, set a schedule and completed the work in two days. He quickly followed-up with the important warranty registrations. I recommend Breuer Mechanical over every other HVAC firm I have encountered in the Charlotte area in the past 23 years.
Andy was recommended to us by a neighbor who has used him for years. We were having problems with an AC unit that was not properly functioning. Our regular HVAC company had been out a few times and they did really well at billing us but not fixing it. Andy did a thorough check of our system and gave us repair options. We decided to replace the unit since it was nearing its useful life. Andy installed our new unit today and everything went smoothly. He communicates well, does very good work, is on time, and gives a fair price. Highly recommend him!

Andy Breuer was absolutely amazing. I recently moved into a new house and the furnace stopped working, mind it had been well below freezing outside and my house temperature was constantly 50 degrees. Before finding Breuer Mechanical, I had two other companies come out to check the furnace & they all said that there was nothing wrong and that I just needed a new thermostat. After exhausting 3 different thermostat options, I finally found Breuer Mechanical. Andy was determined to get my heat working as if it were his own home. He is very knowledgeable, professional, relatable, helpful, reasonable, & kind. He was able to pinpoint the issue with my very very old furnace, so I opted to have a complete replacement. He worked very quickly and the furnace was installed in about half a day or less. He even properly installed a working thermostat for me for free. I highly recommend Breuer mechanical & I will DEFINITELY be using Andy Breuer for all my future HVAC needs. Thank you Andy!!

Andy helped inspect and clean out my HVAC system for a little touch of maintenance. He also installed a new smart thermostat and gave me a basic run down of how to use it. He was personable, professional, and best of all he does his best to work around your schedule and your needs. Will definitely be going to Breuer Mechanical for all my HVAC needs!

I've been seeing ads for dryer vent cleaning and finally decided to do it and I'm glad I did. I was horrified at the amount of lint that he cleaned out. And also a bird's nest that had gotten up in the pipe. It really is a safety issue and everyone should consider doing this. Very pleased with his professionalism and service. I highly recommend him if you decide to clean out your dryer vent.
