Isaiah was the first technician who came out and told us our system would need replacing. He was able to find a repair part for our other unit to delay time in replace it also. He was knowledgeable and explained our issues in a way with both understood and trusted. It only took a couple days and we had our new unit installed. Very happy to have found Healthy Home heating and air!
We actually interviewed and got estimates from 6 HVAC companies, with one of them being Healthy Home Heating and Air out of Monroe, NC. We quickly narrowed down our choice to two of the companies (mainly due to price, believability, or customer reviews of their service team). The choice between the remaining two was made for us once Healthy Home's Comfort Consultant, Brian Reynolds, presented his well-thought-out proposal, along with a detailed list of everything included. Brian's presentation, knowledge, experience, diligence, honesty, energy, and personality are phenomenal - and it's hard to believe any potential customer would have chosen another company after his visit(s) and proposal. We grew to like him quickly and to trust him implicitly. His proposal included 5 or 6 "quality-driven" items that were not in any other proposal we received - and at no additional price. We particularly appreciated Brian's interest, willingness, and efforts to assist us in deciding on a remediation for our black mold issues (resulting from a leak in our evaporator coil) - as well as the excellent price he gave us on the Goodman 15.2 SEER2 air conditioner and evaporator coil and the REME Halo LED air purifier to take care of our mold issues. (The two companies we chose between had recommended both the Goodman equipment and the REME Halo LED air purifier, but the Healthy Home Heating and Air price was considerably lower on both.) We feel confident that the installation team will do a bang-up job on the equipment installation this week because this company obviously believes in hiring quality people. P.S. On 6/28 our installation by Josh Pendleton and his assistant went wonderfully. We were particularly pleased by how un-disruptive their work was for us over the course of 7 hours. And they did NOT make a mess!
I had to have Healthy Home come out and replace a bad coil in our A/C system which was only 3 years old. Although no fault of Healthy Home - there was still added expense (installation and Freon don't come free). Steve (Services Manager) worked with me to make the cost as palatable as possible. Drew (the field technician) did an outstanding job of explaining what he was doing - getting the install done correctly - he even showed me where the part went bad. All in all a great experience. I had an issue with a prior AC company. Healthy Home was highly recommended by a friend. Brian diagnosed the issues quickly and everything was resolved with amazing AC service from Paul and Preston! They all worked so hard, very clean and efficient, they all truly cared to make everything right. They were so kind, professional, caring and brilliant with fixing my AC issue and restoring my home. I hired this company to come out and clean my dryer vent. They were very professional and found out that my vent was not installed correctly. They fixed it for me and did not charge me an arm and a leg. If you are looking for a team of professionals this is now my go to company

The technicians were polite, professional and cleaned well. They showed up on time and in less than 3 hours, the new high efficiency furnace was installed and running. They also replaced the thermostat. It really is a great HVAC company to deal with, and their quote was very competitive. They installed a new high efficiency furnace, the technicians showed up on time, and in less than 3 hours, the new furnace was installed in place. They are very professional, clean and friendly. They also put in a new thermostat. I highly recommend this company for any future HVAC needs. Also they were the most competitive prices as well, I am a customer for life.
The technician was on time, but they wanted to charge me 500 for changing a capacitor which only cost 30 bucks. I understand the inflation, but not this ridicule of overpriced service. I don't recommend this company.

Our 21 yr old gas furnace and air conditioning system needed replacing. We have family who has used Health Home before and they were recommended to us. Brian visited our house and was very thorough - he even performed calculations based on our room dimensions, windows, etc. to right-size our replacement HVAC system. He also made recommendations on minor duct work modifications to help with a front bedroom that would get too warm in the summer. Brian also provided 3 options (budget, better and best) of replacement units and was helpful in describing the pros/cons of each option. After giving the go-ahead to perform the replacement, Healthy Home came out the very next day to do the install. The system has been performing well since install. I was impressed with their thoroughness, attention to detail and responsiveness. We will definitely be using them again for any future HVAC needs.
