I've used Hinson Mechanical for nearly 10 years. Mr. Hinson and his team are top-shelf and they know their business. Of course, these things break on occasion, but the Hinson Team is always there, on time, fair about cost, and they get the job done! So, in these dog-days of summer, we are cool-as-cucumber!

Was overcharged for electrical install based on the time of the job. I was eventually refunded for the difference. I appreciate the owner making it right in the end.

I had Hinson Mechanical come out to my house for a leaking water heater. The technician, Vince, was prompt and professional. He had me up and running without charging an arm and a leg. I highly recommend Hinson Mechanical for any plumbing or Heating and cooling needs you may have. Oh, and they do electrical as well !
Showed up quickly and was friendly. But be prepared to pay more than the $90 diagnosis fee no matter what. The "diagnosis" was that the furnace wasn't getting power which is what we told him. The next 30 minutes after that was billed hourly on top of the $90 diagnosis fee and it was only a blown fuse.
I just had Tommy from Hinson do some repair work for me. Very professional guy. He really knows his trade. I recommend this company for your heating and AC needs.
I have been doing business with Hinson Mechanical for sometime now and trust them as my mechanical contractor. Today I had my unit checked/serviced and was notified of a few things wrong. I trusted them and told them to go ahead and make the repairs. Vance said I needed about 1.5 lb of Freon and ended up putting a little over 3 lb.. When the service was complete it was a little more than I had expected to pay so I asked him (Vance) if he could asked his office to email me an invoice so I could pay using my check book when I get back to my office where my checkbook was located. He acted like I was trying to scam the company. He wanted to know how long it would take me to drive back to my office etc. Very unprofessional when you have done business with them for years and have trusted them. I simply asked if you will email me an invoice I will put a check in the mail before the day was over. I guess I'm not that trusted customer I thought I was.
