Eric was very quick to come out to provide a quote and order a new furnace for us when ours kicked the bucket. Fair price and they ended up being able to install two days faster than expected. Johnathan and Adrew competed the install and were very professional and friendly. Overall great experience, will definitely be using them again

had to replace my 20 year old gaspak. All I can say is if you want the best, for a very fair price, it isn't the one with childish Panther commercials. Its Penguin. In all my years it is refreshing to see a company that honestly values their customers at a price that is fair and honest. They are the best and I highly recommend
I was pleased to have penguin come over and the technician Matt to my home to do a second opinion on a repair being quoted by another company. Matt did a very thorough job examining my system and determined that the repair quoted was not necessary and that only a wire brush cleaning of the flame sensor was needed. I will definitely call on penguin again for my hvac needs.
Technician arrived on time with a text beforehand containing their background info + photo. Job was done in a timely manner and he was extremely knowledgeable + friendly. Would absolutely use again.

Extremely pleased with Penquin Air and Cooling. I lost my heating over the weekend. Called Penquin Monday morning and spoke with Hailey. She had the owner out by 11:00 and I had heat on by 1:00. Friendly and very professional.
Jacob was the technician that came and took care of our system. He was able to fix the electrical connections that were not connected when the system was installed and he cleaned the condenser unit that was very dirty. He was very thorough and did a great job.
I have used Penguin for the past 3 years to service and replace both of my AC units. I prefer a smaller company that doesn't constantly run TV commercials.They are fair with pricing and respond quickly. I plan on continuing to use them for my HVAC needs.
