Excellent service and attitude, easy to deal with and knowledgeable about issues! The guys were respectful of the property and did a nice job making the new system blend in with the area. While my AC was out and I was waiting on new system they offered me the free use of window units to help cool my house. Would absolutely recommend Air Central of the Carolinas!
Air Central has been a lifesaver ! We’d been struggling to keep multiple rooms in our home at comfortable temperatures. Air Central quickly assessed and solved our problem. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Every room in our house is perfectly temperature controlled now. Knowledgeable and responsive service technicians. I highly recommend them.
I’ve received service three times over the past couple of years and can attest that great service is no accident, Air Central delivers exceptional service, expertise and quality that very few in the industry match. They did a great job servicing our older AC so when I was ready to replace and get new they were the first I called. Price was good but warranty and expertise was way better than any alternative. Given the careful planning, easy scheduling, quality equipment and expert installation there’s no doubt that I’d pick them again and highly recommend to others if you want good value and friendly, trustworthy people. The warranty is exceptional, not sure where else you would even get that matched by their competitors. Save yourself some headaches and put Air Central of the Carolinas at the top of your list.
We just had our HVAC replaced. I got multiple quotes and Air Central was the most competitive and the owner (Wesley) came out himself to provide the quote. They did a great job replacing the old unit and adding additional ductwork for our plans to finish the attic.
Would not recommend this company. My wife and I had our whole HVAC system replaced and when installed the zones were totally incorrect. We had to make 3 service calls before a technician figured out what the problem was. Subsequently our unit completely quit working and when we called our system was under warranty yet they had the audacity to charge us $230 because the drainage line wasn't "replaced". If someone has everything replaced you would expect everything to be replaced. Only use them if you know about HVAC units and understand what they are telling you. Otherwise get your wallet out.

Air Central team are true professionals. Chose them for new system last April and will I was not disappointed. Installers were awesome and service after the sale has been excellent

Air Central of the Carolinas just completed a repair of the AC drain. The technician was thorough and complete in his work. A sensor was installed to provide advanced notification of issues in the future. I appreciate Air Central solving the problem and providing a solution that prevents the issue and any damage happening again.

Air Central installed my system 12 years ago and provide semi-annual maintenance for my gas furnace and AC. The system is efficient and I've experienced no issues. All service techs have been curteous and well trained. Have recommended Air Central to numerous friends and family and all are pleased with their service.
We have had several jobs performed by Air Central including system maintenance, compressor replacement and most recently adding an additional run of duct work. They have been responsive and communication has been good. Each time they called or contacted us a day or two out to confirm the appointment and again on the day of service prior to arrival. They have been professional and friendly and cleaned up after each job. Pricing seems reasonable and overall service and staff have been great.
