Great company just sad you guys sold your business to a larger group. Now who knows what service they will offer
I used Kendal before and it was good but no more! Called it for service and the lady answer the call lied to me, "our system is down, someone will call you back soon..." No one call after half day gone so I called back and only then she told me the turth that Kindal was sold to another company and gave me that company info....?! I checked its web site is still no mentioned about being sold or bought by another company. This kind of dishoesty is unacceptable!
**Bought by an investor. Can no longer recommend. I am on a service plan that includes 2 visits, 1# of coolant and 10% discount on any needed repairs and it is well worth it. Had a capacitor nearing failure on a unit installed in 2013. They checked the warranty status (a system they did not install) and it was still under warranty! Great service, they go the extra mile, and the costs are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Based on good reviews on NextDoor, called them to do our routine spring maintenance. Was pleased with the technician, Ben Jenkins. After completion of the job he explained what he had done and informed us that there were no problems and our system was working properly.
I have been using them for years. The techs are always polite and always on time. They always do a good job. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
Excellent from the first phone call. Quick response, tech (Caleb) was polite and efficient. Diagnosed the problems and had me going in no time. Highly recommend and will be using the for all my HVAC needs
The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable did a tune up on my AC was having difficulty unclogging drain and was persistent till he got I was so appreciative thank you for a great experience highly recommend these guys to take care of your needs no regrets forever a customer
Everyone we worked with, from the individuals in the office, to the salesperson, and installers were very courteous and professional. The price of the AC unit along with the Maintenance Plan was decently priced in comparison to our previous company. I would recommend them!

Steve is always a pleasure to work with. He answers my questions and goes above and beyond. The stairs heading up to my attic were loose, and he took the time to tighten all of them for me to make it less wobbly.
The person who came to our house was very willing to tell us what was going on with our AC unit. He was knowledgeable and reassured us that the fan was working fine.I appreciate someone who is not trying to sell us something more or tell us we need a new unit when we don't.
Excellent and honest HVAC company whose service people do NOT work on commission. Steve was very courteous, professional, informative and did a thorough maintenance of our system. Highly recommend.
He was on time and knowledgeable and was looking for ways to save me money instead of pushing to replace my unit as others have done.
Morris Jenkins quoted me $15,000 dollars to replace a heat pump. Kevin got me a quote for literally half the price for the exact same unit, warranty, everything. Got on the schedule the same week I accepted the quote. Installed in 6 hours with a county inspection that checked out. Extremely friendly people that I will continue to use as long as I live in this area.
I can't say enough about Kendal Air! Eight hours after our house went on the market our A/C stopped working. I called at 7:45am the next morning and spoke to Mary who scheduled an appointment for 11:30am. The technician, Micah, ended up getting to my house at 8:30am and had my air working again by 10:00am, and their price was less than half that I had been quoted by another company! Unbelievable service, unbelievable price! I highly recommend Kendal Air!!! You will not be disappointed! UPDATE 9/20/2022: I just had Kendal Air come out to our new house and do maintenance on our system. Tim & Scott took their time and went through everything thoroughly. Again I am very happy with their professionalism and service! Thank you!! UPDATED 03/06/2023: Steve came out and did my spring A/C service this morning, and again, he was right on time, very professional, and thoroughly did the maintenance on my system. I continue to be very impressed and happy with the service that Kendal Air provide! Thank you!
Very quick to respond to a concern about air quality in our home. Caleb and his partner were very professional, on time and took the time to explain to us our concerns. Kendal Air came highly recommended by a neighbor and I can see why. I’ll continue to spread the word myself.

we called them today at 10am. they came to our house by 130pm and repaired our ac condenser for $80. many companies would have just replaced it for $300. We always have exceptional service with kendall. They have certainly raised the bar for AC service in Charlotte.
