Jon does GREAT work and never tries to overcharge me. He fixes the issues with my AC quickly and always explains everything clearly to me. Thanks to him, I won’t die when I sleep tonight.
Jon has serviced my HVAC system a few times over the last couple of years. He always takes the time to explain in detail what is wrong with the system and fixes it. I couldn’t ask for better service for my system. He is upfront and honest about repairs needed and the cost for those repairs. Excellent service I recommend JM Mechanical Corp for your JVAC needs! Very professional and always shares details of what the issue is, possible causes and what he needs to fix it. Once the problem is fixed, he offers suggestions on how to maintain and prevent future problems.
We’ve used Jon twice now for our AC needs and will continue to do so in the future. We appreciate his honesty, quick responsiveness, giving us options that worked with our budget and was very quick to get our AC up and running for us. Would highly recommend!
Jon was fantastic! We reached to him yesterday asking for assistance and he was able to come the next morning. His communication was the best, keeping us updated on his ETA and of the work he was performing. Jon was analytical and diagnosed the issue with our HVAC and proposed repairs for our review. They were paid for a plumber ingredients work my insurance, thy didn't show up ,didn't pick up their calls and they had the audacity to write the insurance that they had completed the work. They are the fraud of all times, the address on the website is residential and someone else lives there! If you use them, then that's on you.
Jon was immediately responsive to my request. He arrived, professional, prepared, and ready. He explained in great detail what was the potential cause of the issue and offered a lesson in remediation and what was happening. He had fair and open timelines and acted with sympathy and care for my issue. It was apparent that to me to that he was treating my issue with care and respect not just a "get it done and leave." I appreciate all the help Jon thank you so much.
We recently had Jon from JMG Mechanical Corp out to our house to repair our AC system after a few other hvac companies couldn’t repair our AC correctly. Jon was great! He quickly identified the issues and gave us cost effective recommendations for repairs. He fixed what many other companies couldn’t. We will definitely use them again and recommend JMG Mechanical Corp to all our family/friends.

They came out to repair my AC. Within 2 weeks it went out again. I called several times and left several messages but they never returned my calls. I finally got through by dialing from a different number. They set up an appointment to come out the next day (Friday) but never showed up. They finally came out on Tuesday and said it appeared to be an electrical problem they said that the wire may be spliced. They are the only ones that worked on the unit so whatever it was they did. I called a few times and someone just picked up the phone and hung up without saying a word. I'm very disappointed in this company and will never use them or recommend them. UPDATE The electrician just left and he confirmed that the electric is fine. The problem is with the AC unit so now I need someone to repair the unit. JMG Mechanical claims I'm frustrated with my home warranty " Choice" which very well may be true but JMG is who were a no call no show, didn't keep the appointment that they personally made with me, never returned any of the several VM messages I left and made the mis diagnosis. I've let Choice know to not send that unprofessional company back to my home. If they didn't get it fixed after 2 tries why would I trust them a 3rd time.
JMG will be my go to for my AC/Heating repair needs ect. I've had the pleasure of doing business with this company twice once though my home warranty and recently by me contacting them directly. The technician that I dealt with was very professional, responsive, helpful and he LISTENED, you can't say that for all... Recently, I had an issue with my A/C not coming on.... (I had this issue the previous year and wasn't sure if it was the same thing so I mentioned it to him). He did his normal routine when he got finished he checked out the issue I mentioned. I am so GRATEFUL that he did not brush it of HE LISTENED and checked it out. I asked questions, he gave me explanations and left me with instructions. And to this day my A/C is still kicking. Thank you JMG.
They were supposed to fix an issue that was NOT covered by my warranty company. A service for which I paid out of pocket. The issue was fixed for 8 hours and then reoccurred the next day. I called numerous times that next day AND emailed. Since they are closed on the weekend I didn't get a response until Monday. they opted NOT to send a tech out to come tell me why the drain is being clogged which I fell should have been addressed in the initial visit. Bad customer service.
They provided the wrong time window when they originally scheduled our service call. Then when I followed up to ask why no one had shown up they said it was a miscommunication and that they'd have someone come out that afternoon. No one ever showed up. When I called the next morning they didn't answer, but I eventually received a text that "an emergency had come up" so that's why no one made it out. The technician eventually did come out was very nice and did the best he could, but ultimately we are still experiencing the same issue and nothing was fixed. They never answer the phone and are incredibly unreliable/hard to get a hold of.
I trust JMG Mechanical for any of my heating and cooling repairs. They diagnosed the problem quickly and they took the time to explain it to me. I liked the fact that if the part could be repaired, they do it and don't tell you they need to order a new part. That saves me money! JMG Mechanical is very knowledgeable in their field, they are prompt and honest.
Generally l, I don't post reviews of companies under my real name, due to the fact that I have been contacted by companies in the past about my reviews. However, this mechanic is such a scam artist, that they had reported to my warranty company that they completed the repairs after never showing up and after a month of following up with Jon, constantly. This is absolutely a vile business practice. Not only will I be writing a poor review here, I will also be filling a report with the BBB as well as Jon deserves to lose what ever contract he has with the warranty company, along with any professional accreditation that comes with the territory of being a mechanic. This is related to a claim through choice home warranty for Kalvin. The owner of the company knows what they have done wrong. Due to the fact that we have a camera system for our home, I would love for him to say what time he came to actually do the repairs and we can look at the files to prove he was never here. It's a shame I have to go through the trouble of writing a poor review and filling with the BBB but such is life.
I am surprised to see no reviews for this company. I have requested for a repair of my thermostat via a Warranty company. I am very happy with the service that was provided. The technician (John) quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the wiring at the thermostat, replaced the old wiring in the crawl space that was not compatible with the thermostat, and helped me configure the thermostat for the first time. He was thoroughly professional and worked with my warranty company to get the repair approved and did the repair quickly.
