We have used Indian Trail Air & Heat for the better part of twenty years. We are on the second system that they installed. We have another hybrid system that was installed before we started dealing with ITA&H. They have provided semi-annual maintenance on it as well as the ones they installed. We are very satisfied with their products, installation and service. We have been in this house for forty three years and I can honestly say that ITA&H comes when they say they will and treats us as if we were their only customer. That is dependability.
Great service!! Helped my church out in a jam on a Saturday and got us ready for Sunday morning service!! Highly recommended for all your AC and heat needs

My AC seemed to be working but was not as cold as it should be. I called Indian Trail Air & Heat because I had seen them in my neighborhood. A very competent scheduler arranged an appointment that was convenient for me. The tech (Robert) showed up on time, in a clean truck, was very professional and quickly determined my problem. Robert determined my freon was low due to the bad coil and added some to get me by until a factory warranty part could be obtained. Later that same day the scheduler called to let me know one was available and asked if they could return the next morning. It wasn't convenient for me so I scheduled it for another day. Robert returned on time as scheduled and replaced the coil in short time. Hope I don't have future problems but if I do they will be my only call. Excellent work with knowledgeable and proficient technicians who are on time. They didn't try to "up-sell" us or sell us a service that wasn't needed. Apparently, the techs don't work on commission. After we started using Indian Land Air & Heat, many of our neighbors became customers and all thank us for saving them money and reliable service.
Great local company. Robert was knowledgable and took time to answer my questions. They responded to my call quickly and arrived at my home within 30 minutes even on a cold Sunday morning. My expectations were not only met but exceeded and the cost was reasonable for the services rendered. I would recommend them for all your HVAC needs and will use them again myself in the future.

Indian trail Air & Heating came out and did a professional job with better equipment for less than the other two companies. I would highly recommend using them. Been using this company to service my AC unit for the past 5 years. Only business that ALWAYS did a great job and NEVER had to come ba d dad see d rest day dfffddffffrrfck. Never overcharged me or sold me things I didn't need. They helped me stretch and get the most out of my AC unit before it was time to change it out. I have 100% confidence in whatever they tell me about my unit. They know what they are talking about, and always come through, whether were talking price or efficiency. They are absolute professionals. We finally got em to change out my ac unit and furnace this summer. They did it all in one day and did a phenomenal job, at a great price! I'm really happy and I thoroughly recommend. I can't sing their praises enough.

Texted them at 7 in the morning when my a/c stopped workinh. At 10:30 am they were out and my A/C was running well again. Excellent service and very professional. Will use them again!

A neighbor recommended Indian Trail Air & Heat. I called re my AC not cooling. They responded within a day, checked my system, and proposed a plan to replace the AC. Price was realistic and work order issued. Installation followed. All the employees I interacted with were knowledgeable, polite, efficient. I have recommended this company to family and friends.
