I had thermostats that needed to be changed out to wifi thermostats that came with the house I purchased. Fredy showed up promptly on time, and not only switched the thermostats out to the correct model, but took his time to connect both of them to the app, and walk me through how to operate everything. I will continue to service my HVAC with Caryl Mechanical in the future and recommend Fredy for his professionalism and knowledge. Thank you!
Very happy with the service provided by Caryl Mechanicals, both warranty work and scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system. Receptionist is friendly and responsive during calls. Technician, Eber, is very knowledgeable and informative. He takes time and explains things and educates me about care and maintenance for my system. He arrives on time and provides all around top notch customer service. Great experience with this company for the past 18 months!

Hi I’m angelo in Angier with a new home. I don’t take the time to leave reviews ever but I had to make the time for this guy. The service tech “ victor “came to my house and was very knowledgeable, professional , explanatory , respectful and fixed the problem !!!!!! He then gave me a lot of info and advice on how to keep my unit healthy and long lasting !!!!!! This is the kind of guy every company needs and every consumer wants. I called and the next day as technician was able to come out. Anthony took his time to figure out what was wrong and fixed it. He was punctual and showed up right when he said he would.
Anthony called to tell me he was on his way, showed up on time, and was polite and professional. He explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend him!
I have used Caryl Mechanicals since 2019, they installed my HVAC in my new home. In May I had them out for Spring maintenance. On June 4, my unit stopped working. I called them and they had no emergency number. So I called Monday morning at 8 only to have to leave a message because the girl who makes appts doesn’t get in until 9. She never called me back so at 11 I called again to then but told that their first available appt would be June 21, it was June 5. I had to call another company as I couldn’t wait 16 days for service. Since you pay for Spring/Fall maintenance up front, I called to get a refund as I wouldn’t be having them return in the Fall and Caryl the maintenance manager refused to refund me. SHAME on you Caryl Mechanicals, very very poor customer service.

Caryl Mechanicals installed my HVAC system (new home) 3 years ago and has been providing quality annual maintenance ever since. Eber, the technician takes time to explain each step in the maintenance process and has done an outstanding job during each visit. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work!
Compressor was making a loud noise while running, Technician quickly diagnosed the issue and identified a contactor/relay going bad and replaced it. I noticed the issue on Sunday, called Monday afternoon for service and a technician was available the next day. Caryl Mechanicals installed my HVAC when the house was built in 2012, and has provided excellent service since. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, prices reasonable, and service is always excellent.
