So happy to have found this company. Our compressor went out and I originally was dealing with our home warranty company, but to no avail they couldn’t find anyone to come out. I found Brown Road on Google and because of their great reviews called them up. Preston was awesome, he came right out and diagnosed it. By the end of the week he was able to replace the compressor. Not familiar with what these kinds of repairs cost, but I felt we were charged a reasonable price after doing a little research. I am mainly impressed with how well he communicated and never left us hanging. All around good local company.
Preston always arrives on time, is cheerful and courteous, and does what needs doing.
My wife and I recently moved to Hendersonville and needed an AC company to install a mini spilt and IWAVE air purifier to our home. I use brown road HVAC for all of my heating and air needs. I have a couple rental properties and Preston and his team are always the first ones I call and the only ones I've needed to call in a long time. Hands down recommend for anything heating and air!

In a time of need this company really came through. Day before Christmas and our heat goes out! Called several companies with out success. Some called back but had too many calls to be able come through. Some called back and offered to come out after other jobs. With Brown Road Heating, Preston listened to my issue and offered advice that could get thing working again. We were able follow the advise and get our unit back up and running. Truly grateful for someone willing to offer a hand in a desperate time of need. With two little boys eagerly awaiting Santa, I guess you could say they saved Christmas. Thank you. You have earn my business.

Just want to say that Preston heating and air conditioner did an absolutely fantastic job call them on a Monday they were here on a Wednesday got my AC back up and running again with no problem highly recommend them
Came on time and was able to give us an option we didn't know about with an HVAC unit that was getting close to its expiration. Update 8/3/22: AC unit was acting up again. We thought we needed a whole new system. He was able to troubleshoot through all the main areas. Found we had good pressure still, and it was not a leak. Which he fixed last visit. So, did some more troubleshooting and found there was a clog in our pipe that pushes all the condensation water to pump out. It's an old system and I know it does not have a great deal more time, but this gives us breathing room and we will definitely use Brown Road when it's time to replace it. HVAC is like a foreign language to me, and most larger companies that have serviced our system in the area don't make me feel like they are out to help solve the solution. They are just checking off a service call, recommending a new system, and moving onto the next. I did not feel that way at all with Brown Road. Thank you for your great service, it's hard to find.
I ended up having it hot in the house for a month. Finally my boyfriend called these people and they were quick and on time. Explained what was wrong, and it was fairly priced!!! They are very experienced and they did a great job. Thank you for fixing my air!!! I am truly thankful to not be hot!!

Brown Road Heating and Cooling is your answer. Quit reading reviews and give these guys a call. They were very responsive, explained exactly what was needed (and why), and didn't try to push anything that wasn't truly needed. Highly recommended!

Preston installed a whole house steam humidifier. We are very happy with it and Preston did really good work. His customer service is exceptional and we would highly recommend his company.
