Fifth Season was sent out by our home warranty to fix a broken AC unit. Issam contacted us, set up an appointment, arrived, and fixed the problem all within hours of us filing our claim with the home warranty. And on a Sunday no less! I hope they are the company our warranty always sends out for these issues.
Fifth Season Heating & Air was sent out by our Home Warranty Company to repair an air-conditioning unit. Issam, the technician was professional, polite and thorough. Apparently, the (very big and well-known) company that serviced our air-conditioning had put in an electrical part the wrong way, which caused the blower to fail. Issam quickly diagnosed the problems and corrected it quickly. I would definitely use this company again, if I had a problem with my air-conditioning or heating system. Jeff
The Fifth Season Heating & Air installed air conditioning and heating unit at our home in Apex, NC. The technician was professional, friendly, arrived on time, and performed the job superbly in prescribed timeframe. He hauled the old unit and left the place clean. I would definitely hire this company again if the need arises.
Fifth Season Heating & Air came out to my house in Durham, NC less than 1 hour after I called. The technician was very kind and thorough. He had to order a part to get our HVAC working, but he helped us fix our gas fireplace to keep us warm while we waited on the part. The part came in 2 days later and he came over that day to install it and ensure the heat was working. Excellent service, I would work with Fifth Season again!
