I had my downstairs heat pump replaced last year. Ellis did the work. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I used them to replaced my 20 year old upstairs unit. I experienced the same great quality, installation and professionalism. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Brian came to do maintenance on our personal home as well as help us estimate a replacement cost for a rental property we own. He was on-time and very personable. The prices and quotes we received we fair and reasonable. Ellis doesn't try to over sell or say you need to replace a system if it's not truly needed. Great local company!
We had our heat go out Saturday morning, by Saturday afternoon Ellis had it back up and running. Trustworthy, quality work done in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again in the future.
I called for a tech to come look at my hvac unit. It has been running extra hard for a few weeks. The tech was at my home within 1 business day and arrived ahead of schedule!!! Brain was great, very knowledgeable, kind and honest. He explained my hvac system in plain English to me and went above and beyond to make sure it is working a bit better. It is an older unit. I would definitely recommend Ellis AC....good people to work with....
Tech showed up as expected and tuned up our A/C units. Seemed very professional and honest. The system cools better now and we were pleased with the work performed. In addition, I called and spoke with the owner and found him to be a no nonsense straight shooter. Would recommend Ellis heating and air.
After a week of a sweaty 78 degree house and making multiple phone calls to HVAC companies around town with no calls back, Jarrod picked up the phone at 6:15pm on Friday. I'm a new homeowner so I have absolutely no idea what the problem might be and he patiently answered my questions and explained the possibilities. I jumped at the chance to have him come out on Saturday, if he was willing. He showed up right on time and fixed us right up with an honest appraisal of the state of our unit. His patience, sincerity, and professionalism just made me a client forever! Thank you, Ellis AC!

Spoke with the owner on the phone around 9am and they were able to send a technician out same day (no emergency charge or anything). Brian was the technician who was very professional, polite and knowledgeable about the unit I had at the house. Brian was able to diagnosed, order the part and install it all within the same day. I probably got lucky the part was available but regardless having all of this done on the same day was impressive enough to me. Cost of diagnostics, parts and labor were all very reasonable. Great service, great prices, will be back!

I am an 80 yr old female who lost my husband seven years ago. I woke up Tuesday morning to a very cold house. I googled all the heating and air-conditioning companies in my area. I read all reviews and selected Ellis HVAC.Brian came to my house, diagnosed my situation, communicated his findings, and gave me the price. I couldn’t believe the great price he gave me. I would recommend Ellis to a family member or friend. My 24 year old Trane heat pump died. A neighbor recommended Ellis, so I contacted them for an estimate. I chose Ellis because they were the only business that gave me more than one (1) option (Ellis gave me five equipment options), because of price, and because of my neighbor's recommendation. Due to 2021 supply chain problems, many HVAC businesses can't get HVAC parts -or even whole systems -so brace yourself. Ellis installed a 20 SEER American Standard unit for the same approximate price that a different HVAC business offered to install a 14 SEER Carrier unit. They were clean. Neal and his helper installed the unit in a day, and when they were gone, they had left no trace of their presence. 10 year warranty on parts. 12 year warranty on the compressor.

I would highly recommend Ellis Heating and AC for all of your heating and cooling services. He was very responsive to my request and I received an estimate the same day he inspected my system. I chose his service over other competitors because of his knowledge and experience and his response to his customers needs. His technicians were extremely qualified, friendly and professional. They had my AC up and running in 4 hours. The owner came by after installation to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the work that was performed. He also went over the warranty and what services would be covered.
