Mr. Briggs and his technicians go above and beyond. Customer service and attention to detail are not lost with this company.
Gave them a call about our heat pump not working around 7:30AM and within an hour Ricky was here and quickly fixed and educated us on the issue. I can’t recommend them enough. They’ll be the only HVAC company I use in the area! Thanks Ricky!

These guys have always been quick to respond to our calls, on this visit they went across town to pick up the part we needed to get our heat working the same day. We are grateful for their excellent work!
This was our first time calling Briggs Heating & Air. John was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our system is no time. The cost to repair was extremely reasonable and much less than I expected. We will definitely give Briggs a call next time we have an issue.
My A/C went out and I'll called Ed Briggs Heating & AC to ask them to come out to my house. They were able to fit me into the schedule that day, diagnose, and repair the unit in less than 2 hours. I've had experience with other companies in the area and Ed Briggs was faster and easier to work with by far. They also diagnosed and repaired the upstairs thermostat that I had broken while painting. I would highly recommend!
Mr. Briggs replaced my gas furnace when it was COLD! He made it happen ASAP and I think highly of his personable customer service. Very nice, straight forward, and honest from start to finish.

WOW!!! I called them after another provider told me that they could not assist me due to not doing the install when the house was built because I had Nest Thermostats. I called Ed Briggs H&A office. Rick, a service tech called me back within 10 minutes. Rick told me he would try to get here today but he wasn't sure. He said John might be able to. Within five minutes of talking to Rick, John called and said he was on the way! He was very personable and corrected our problem in no time!! Their prices seemed very affordable. We have found our HVAC Contractor in Fuquay!
Friendly, knowledgeable, extremely fast service! Doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need, was able to fix my air conditioning problem for $150!!! Called at 8:00 a.m. he was here by 11:00 a.m. and had fixed it in 15 minutes!M my home warranty company were dragging their feet for the last 7 days, I paid more in warranty service fees to have them come look at it and tell me they couldn't fix it but Ed came out and fix it in 15 minutes! Will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know!

Mr.Ed Briggs is the best of the best! Our air handler fan out during the evening and he had us cooling by noon next day. Not bad on near 100 degree heat index day! Our family's relationship goes back over 30 years and he and his staff always come through!

Mr. Briggs is amazing. I was having trouble with my AC units and every time I called, Mr. Briggs always came that day - sometimes even late at night - to make sure we were taken care of. He is so nice and his fellow technicians are just as kind. I will never use a different heating & air company. These guys are wonderful. THANK YOU MR. BRIGGS!!!!!!
