South Wake beat 2 other bidders to install a new HVAC for the second floor of my home (and their quote included Trane equipment). The installers were polite (removed shoes every time they came in the house, were very careful removing heavy equipment from the attic), professional, and did quality work. The owner called the next day to ensure we were happy with everything. Couldn't be happier with South Wake
It took a while (because of scheduling and parts ordering), but they eventually fixed our tricky AC problem at a very reasonable price. We will remain loyal customers!

We needed a mini split ductless unit added to our current HVAC system. We saw that South Wake HVAC had won the "best of Fuquay-Varina" in our local magazine and decided to get a bid from them, too. Woody was the first to contact us back. He is very easy to reach and responds quickly. He gave us a really good quote. The crew was very nice to us, respectful of our property, and did a great job installing the unit. We are very happy with how it looks, how quiet it is, and most importantly, how cool the room is now! We were happy to be able to spend our money with a local business owner. We hired them for our regular maintenance and plan to use them for any other HVAC need we have.
