Tim was quick to come out and check out our AC unit same day (less than a handful of hours between our call and him arriving). He quickly identified the problem and while we ended up going with another company for the repair (we own a new build home so the builder covered the repair in full if we went with their preferred vendor) he was fantastic to work with. He checked up on our status while we waited on our builder’s repair company to handle everything and was well priced for diagnostics.

Holly Springs Heating & Air was awesome! We woke up today with the inside temps scorching! 82 degrees on the first floor, 84 degrees on the second floor, and 86 on the third. My partner and I both had to work from home today and due to my chronic health issues, the heat would have made it impossible. My partner did some troubleshooting with the help of a coworker and discovered we needed an HVAC tech asap! Sundays are usually tough to get help for anything home related but a quick google search and Holly Springs Heating & Air was open for business until 6PM! Within seconds of texting, the tech was responsive and assured me he would be at our property within the hour. He arrived as planned and was able to diagnose an issue with our contactor that should not have happened with a new unit - we have a new build as of Dec 2020. He had the part needed to be replaced readily available and got our HVAC system back up and running in no time! Personable, down to earth, and he'll be the first one we call for all of our HVAC maintenance and repairs. Being new homeowners and not having trustworthy and knowledgeable techs and contractors has been a common theme for almost 2 years but we were happy to finally get top notch customer service and quality work from Holly Springs Heating & Air. We will be repeat customers for sure!

Great company. I have used Holly Springs HVAC for over 11 years. The air handler is the original when the house was built and the compressors the original owners replaced in 07 and 08. We replaced the coils in the air handlers about 2 yrs. Ago and the systems work great.

The Best! Have owned two homes since 2003 and serviced our units, 3 to be exact, and always fair and honest! Pride in the work they do and so personable, feel like family and you are not a customer but someone they care about and want to get you back on track. Take pride in solving your problems and at the end of the day, it is not money but satisfaction in knowing you are satisfied and ok. Want an example! IDEALly....3500.00 is way to much for an A-Coil and recharge of the line set....HS heating and air...800.00 Coil, 200.00-recharge-200.00 and 400 labor! This is fair...... And this is just one example....could give you many more. 100% the best... And if it takes 4-5 days to get a part, sometimes its not their fault! Dont blame them! They do their best! Gary just left my house at 9PM troubleshooting what Carrier had directed him to do, and he found it to be something totally different. Fixed and done through knowledge and experience. Would recommend them over and over. And I do. Want the best specialized surgeon for your family when it comes to fixing and making things better with your Central Air! Make the Call!

I was without air from both of my units from early May until the middle of June. AHS sent two different contractors to assist with the problem: Comfort First & Island Breeze. Neither really assisted with the problem other than quoting ridiculous rates for Freon. One quote was more than $2500 out of pocket which was almost 1/2 the price to replace the unit that was 22 yrs old-didn’t make any sense! I was on the phone almost every day for a month without air and no satisfaction until I finally asked for the ticket to be closed and a new one opened with Holly Springs Heating & Air. It took 1 day to get both of my units working again with the expertise of Gary who was efficient and my out of pocket was most reasonable! I know that the units will need to be replaced soon, even paid someone from a company outside of the network to assess my situation and he emphatically stated that my units needed to be replaced now -rusted out and sound like a Mac truck, but after Gary from Holly Springs, they are working for now. I must say that I did get some assistance from AHS’s corporate office, and appreciated Amanda’s help.

They were recommended by American Home Shield. I've been through two or 3 vendors through them and these guys were the best. It's a family owned business and they kept me updated with all the Corporate BS that AHS put them through with the part delivery. Of course it took over a week to get the part, but that's AHS's fault - not Gary's or Tim's fault. ONce they had the part, the next day they were out there to fix my issue. It did fail, but Tim came right back (after 6pm on a Friday mind you) and spent the time to make it right. These guys are great. No less than 5 stars from my experience.

The predatory, franchise company attempted to pressure me into signing an agreement on the spot for them to begin making expensive repairs. Of course, red flags immediately went up; and I sought the advice of a friend, who highly recommended obtaining a second opinion from Holly Springs Heating and Air. Well, they certainly did not disappoint! The owner, Gary, did a thorough check of my system and found it to be in good working order. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and courteous in explaining his findings. Being new to the area, it is often times a challenge to find honest, competent and trusworthy service providers. I feel very fortunate to establish my ongoing HVAC service with this family owned business. I would definitely recommend Holly Springs Heating and Air to my family and friends. Additionally their service rates are very fair and reasonable.
