I have had difficulties with many companies in the past trying to band-aid together my AC for nearly 2 years. The gentleman with the red hair (I feel bad for forgetting his name) was awesome. He came out, fixed a motor, and got my AC working. It started acting faulty and he was able to diagnose an issue that went unnoticed by 4 other companies and probably 6 other techs. He was able to resolve the issue, explain in depth what causes such a problem and what he had to do to fix it, and was reasonable with the price for the amount of time and effort he spent assisting me. I cannot recommend them enough.
Every tech has been professional,friendly and knowledgeable! They do not look for ways to charge me unnecessarily but instead find the problem and fix it if it needs repairs.
It’s still summer and having my ac stop cooling on me means my house was 88 degrees! I called to see if it was possible to get anyone out that day and they did! He was very kind and even put up with my annoying hovering boyfriend who was trying to learn from the technician. It was back cooling within just 15 minutes! Will definitely use them again. He’s the only technician I hear too and he does a great job.
Jason quickly responded when I needed help putting together a new HVAC system. Jason’s quote was far, far less than the normal HVAC company I used for the same equipment. Jason showed a great deal of concern for getting my HVAC restored quickly. Jason was referred to me by a friend and I will be happy to refer him to others in the area.

Installed A/C unit and gave us a very competitive price. Then called them to come amd check on the install next day and they were there within the hour. Very helpful .

Two independent HVAC companies reviewed the installation done by American Comfort after years of issues. Both concluded it was incorrectly installed with the wrong equipment. AVOID!
We were in need of a new furnace since ours went out the month before and we'd been trying to find a reputable company that gives fair quotes. We were pleased to have found American Comfort Solutions that was able to give a great price and warranty for our new unit. They came to our home the next day and installed within a matter of hours! Very happy with their professional service and level of quality they put into their work. We highly recommend them for your home HVAC needs.
Charged over $100 for a .5 mile visit then wanted to charge almost another $1200 for a repair which 2 other companies estimated at $800.
We've been using American Comfort Solutions since we moved to the area 11+ years ago. They have never let us freeze in the winter or burn up in the summer. Always quick to help us and extremely friendly no matter which department - office, installation, or repair.
Jim and Jason were so helpful! My heat went out this weekend and they fixed it quickly and at a great price! I highly recommend this company for any HVAC work you need, I will certainly use them again!
I can't stress enough how awesome these guys have been to work with. Jim's been coming to our house for longer than we've lived here, and knows our system very well. Our HVAC unit is extremely old and will certainly need to be replaced soon, but until then, they're always giving us quick and cheap options to keep it going a bit longer. Most importantly, when we do have issues, they always come out right away and never charge an "emergency service fee", they simply come as soon as they can. They're just good honest people, and I highly recommend them.
I can't say enough great things about Jason, the owner, and his entire staff. After getting numerous quotes, as well as a ridiculous amount of runaround from other companies, Jason gave me a great price and refreshingly honest advice as to what I needed, not what he wanted to sell. I had my entire gas pack system replaced, and the men who did the work were wonderful, keeping me informed every step of the way. Look no further, this is the company you should turn to.
