I came across Dewayne a couple years ago because Flat Rock Heating and Cooling botched the install of a brand new heat pump and immediately stopped returning calls. Dewayne came out and immediately fixed the problem and we have used him exclusively ever sense. Just had him install a 3ton system on a new house and he did a spectacular job all around. He is very knowledgeable about nest products as well and has been able to diagnose technical issues and fix it so it works exactly how I want.
Removed cat from air handler. Came very quickly and rescued my kitty. Saturday night at 9:00. Best business around. Thank you so much!
Dwayne was awesome! Our AC was our and he quickly found the issue and thankfully it just turned to be the battery! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and got the unit up and running all in the same day! I would highly recommend Precision Comfort for anybody with issues!

I chose precision comfort because he has maintenanced my parents heating/cooling units for years and always done a great job. When I bought my first house I had DeWayne come out and do some general maintenance on my furnace. He replaced some parts, gave me extra air filters, cleaned up some of the vents that were dusty. One of the replacement parts ended up being faulty and he came out two separate times to repair it the same day I contacted him. He went above and beyond and helped me with my water heater while he was there too. My water heater and heat both went out the week of Thanksgiving, his quick response time and help with the water heater was priceless. He is knowledgeable about his field and educated me about what was happening with my furnace, what my options for repairs were (short and long term). He's great at what he does and his customer service is stellar. I give him my highest recommendation to anyone looking for service to their heating/cooling units.
Dwayne cleaned my ac evaporator coil and was thorough and professional. I just wish American Home Shield warrenty would use Precision as a vendor. The other 2 vendors they use is totally unacceptable. Way to go Dwayne
DeWayne with Precision Comfort Services was awesome to work with. We remodeled a 100 year old house and subcontractors get to deal with me asking a lot of questions. DeWayne handled me and the project wonderfully, always super responsive , professional and did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. We eventually will have to replace our downstairs unit and I won't hesitate to call DeWayne again.

DeWayne was very professional. He answered my phone call right away and called again to confirm the appointment before coming. He is affordably priced. He was recommended to me by a co-worker. He spent time explaining to us the problem with our A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable and the emailed receipt included a very impressive and thorough re-cap of the service provided. He was able to accommodate our schedules and fix our problem in a very timely manner. We will use DeWayne again and would highly recommend him. I think his business will do really well! Awesome service. My phone call was answered right away, DeWayne said he would be out the next day and even after an install taking all day the next day he still came to my house. He quickly assessed the situation and repaired my air conditioning. Reasonably priced, knowledgable and reliable. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend.
When my ac unit stopped working, DeWayne at Precision Comfort Services was able to schedule service within 2 days. DeWayne was able to get my old clunker ac unit working again, and he properly secured wires that were just twist tied together. I already knew that I would soon have to replace my furnace and ac unit, he looked over my systems, and spent time discussing options and answering questions. DeWayne’s knowledge, integrity, and kindness made this service call a pleasure, and I am happy to have found my “go to” HVAC guy!
DeWayne was awesome. he assessed my needs, listened to my concerns, showed up on time and stuck with it 'till the job was done. He's a good teacher, taking time to explain my new system and giving me instructions on how to get the most out of it. This was a big expensive problem that he remedied in such a way as to make it as pleasent as possible.
Precision Comfort was very responsive to my initial request and came out the next day. The owner DeWayne Moreno took care of us and diagnosed the problem right away to an electrical switch that was defective. Thankfully he had a replacement for our 48 year old unit. He got that installed checked the freon and boosted it and now the system works perfectly.
Great service, I called on a weekend with a thermostat problem and he showed up within a couple hours and fixed it up quickly.

We use Precision Comfort ( Dewayne ) to service our heating and Air Conditioning system. He is thorough, knowledgeable and honest. We use their service plan which covers a winter/summer check-up and includes filters, cleaning and the like.
