Once install
Our furnace just quit in the middle of a Saturday night in January during an ice storm. Outage was not storm related. I called at 8 am Sunday and at 9 am Monday I got a return call. They were swamped with service requests but they got to me by 2 pm. The problem turned out to be a bad motor that drove the hot air circulation fan. The motor was ordered on Monday and replaced Tuesday by 2 pm. Given the circumstances I think they did a great job of getting us repaired. Yep it was cold for a day or two, but we used an old RV electric heater to keep us from freezing. It worked. These people are pro's. They know their job and do it well. The technician who did our work work was professional, well dressed, and smart. He really knew his stuff. I highly recommend General Heating and Air.
Kevin and team have serviced my units for over 12 years. They do a good job and are fair on pricing.
No more. I left a phone message that my AC just needed some Freon . My call was returned hours later and said they would be out today. I waited ....and waited...and waited. No call, no repairmen. I called a 3rd time and was told they were too busy to come out !! No more. I’ve called another company and they will be here within the hour !
