Jeff was professional & courteous throughout the appointment. He was very thorough in completing the assessment of our plumbing situation. He was on task at all times & respectful of the property. He explained everything step by step.I am extremely pleased with my choice of Champion & hope to have Jeff return next time! :)
Mr.Ramos is very professional. He explained the four different options and what is included in them. Very lucky company to have such an employee.
*Update* After posting my initial review, Campion reached out to me and offered a refund on one of the labor charges, making the cost of the repairs much more reasonable. I greatly appreciate them doing this and would now recommend using them, just ask for an itemized quote for repairs. *Original* Had them come out about a week ago for an HVAC system inspection. Technician was on time and polite. However, I was grossly overcharged for the repairs performed. Was in a rush to get leaking drain line fixed so just had them do the work. But, after really looking over the invoice I realized I was charged over $70 for a switch I have found for $10 and charged, what looks to be, double install fees for the new piece of drain line and the switch that is in the in the drain line. Over $350 for 30 minutes labor and like $30 in parts.
DJ showed up earlier than expected and was very thorough in explaining everything going on with our system and helping us to troubleshoot and come up with the best solution to our problem. Finally enjoying cool air again!

Travis and another tech came to service my unit. They were very professional, courteous and answered all questions I had. They also made recommendations of different products that may be helpful.
6-30-2023 Had a chance as a MVP Member to use their plumbing dept for a yearly in home plumbing inspection. Tech Jeff P showed up and did an entire home checklist at NC. Jeff found things that needed attention and explained how to address each situation. He also found my plv was going bad psi pressure was 92 and I quickly had it replaced. Prev prv. was mfg 2005. I was unaware that the issues were needed to be addressed until his visit Thanks Jeff
Very thorough diagnostic of our whole house AC! He communicated clearly so I could understand and resolved the issues. He was pleasant and came across as intellegent.

Highly recommend Champion. Very positive experience. Tom Constantine was terrific. Very professional and prompt! Fixed a leaky hot water line and installed a toilet. Great job!
I called at 5:15pm. I was told someone would call me the following morning. I was then called right back and told a service tech could come on over. He was at my home by 5:55. He diagnosed my system in about 20 minutes and after approval my repair was completed by 6:30. He was very professional and very nice to deal with. I have only had this type of service a couple of times in my life. I would highly recommend.
AC broke over the weekend. And I called Monday they were able to send a technician the same day. Travis and Allen were very professional and explained the issue. They came back Wednesday and replaced the damaged part. 10/10 service.
Ryan came out, coordinated as needed, installed the goods on our water supply lines, guided us on maintenance, had me look over everything and sign the line, and left. It was that simple. Good honest work!

Chase got here and got right to work. He checked out the outside unit. He found a part that was out of spec. that I was told was not working properly last year. So I decided to have it replaced while he was here. He found nothing else wrong and then left. Everything else looked good which he put in his report and left me a copy.
