Eric and his team are true professionals. They respond quickly, let you know when they can come out and address your needs and show up on time. Daniel was the Technician that came out and he was very thorough checked both units for us, determined the issue and presented the options on the fix. They had us back up and running the same day. I would recommend this company based on professionalism, responsiveness, expertise and quality of the work while charging a fair price for the work that was done. I will not call anyone else besides Temperature Controlled Services for my future needs.
There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe this company! Eric Hixon was a joy to work with. He has been the most professional person we have dealt with in a very trying situation with the remodel of an old home. I strongly recommend this company for all hvac needs.
