William is very knowledgeable of his craft, he checked out my system and determined it did not need servicing and did not charge me for his service.
My AC unit on the 2nd floor was blowing out hot. I was lucky to find William. He came out and had my unit working in no time. He is friendly and prices are fair.
With the wind chill being so cold it freezes a furnace drain line, it's a wonderful gift to have Will from Cozy be able to help us on Christmas Eve of all days. He took care of another neighbor and came straight to our house later in the evening and knocked out a quick permanent fix for the drain. I highly doubt I'll have anymore issues with my furnace! Great guy, wonderful disposition and able to whip up a quick but solid solution to any HVAC issues. The service was very reasonably priced, especially for being on a holiday evening! Cozy is on my list of call backs for whatever ails my HVAC or AC!
My AC stopped working. I called William. He came out to fix it for me even it was very late in the evening. I have few rental properties. I always use William if there is any AC or heating issue. William is very professional and reliable. He provides excellent services and takes great care of his customers. I would highly recommend him.
William is a magician. Our downstairs AC stopped working and we also had a leak upstairs from our air handler. William came out and was able to fix both issues he didn't stop until I had cold air again. I would highly recommend him.
My AC stopped working on a Friday night. I called William at Cozy Heat and Air, and he was at my doorstep with 2 hours on the weekend (Saturday). Excellent service and takes great care of his customers. Very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them…
Capacitor went out on compressor. William came all the way from Creedmoor to SW Durham to replace at 9:00pm. Top notch service. Definitely takes care of his customers
My heat wasn't blowing call cozy gave him an idea what was going on.When he got to my home he looked it over had it fix less than an hour
