Came early on a Saturday and addressed problem. Very Professional!
I called on July 4th, got an immediate response and my unit was fixed within 2 hours. The technician was efficient and was able to fix my unit even though I was out of the house since it was so hot. Many thanks for saving the holiday!

We use Boer Brothers regularly for our HVAC needs, to include new construction and maintenance of our existing HVAC unit, and we have had a great experience every time. Professional, on-time, and they know their stuff!
Had an appointment for A/C repair. Took two days for someone to come out which seemed fair given it’s summer. The tech told us the compressor was dead. I asked for an estimate. I was told we would need a new A/C unit, furnace and entirely new duct work (our home was built in 2007)! Seemed excessive but still asked for estimate. I was told someone from sales would contact me. Two days later I received an email stating a salesmen could be there five days later. Seriously! The tech was already there, took pictures even and told me what we needed. Just give me a price. How long do I need to wait while we are sweating from the heat. Too long is the answer. We moved on to someone who could give us an estimate without making two trips and waiting 9 days plus however long we would need to wait to have the work done.

I noticed that my air conditioning was not working very well, so I called Boer Brothers and they had someone out to the house in about 45 minutes or so. Unfortunately, my old gas pack (20 years) had developed a leak in the coil, so it needed to be replaced. The service man was very friendly and informative throughout. Have used Boer Brothers for years and will continue using them!

Called on Sunday & expected a return call Monday morning, but they called back within an hour to set a Monday appt. Service Tech called when on his way, arrived on time, & diagnosed & fixed the A/C issue in about 2 hrs. He was professional, knowledgeable, & personable. Well done from request to solution. Highly recommend.

We have a boiler for our house that heats the home and water. The gas bill was $400 in APRIL when no heat was being used so we knew there was a problem. We couldnt find anyone in my area that knew anything about boilers until I called them! The 2 gentlemen that came were not only early but very knowledgeable and helped us figure out the issue. I would 100% recommend their service.
Technician was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. He also improved the piping set up to make it more safe and operable.
The tech sent out (Cameron) couldn’t have been more professional or pleasant. He did a thorough job and emailed me his findings a couple of hours after he left. We’ll be using Boer Brothers for our HVAC stuff from now on.

I had a good idea of my A/C's issue already due to the symptoms but reached out to Boer for a second and professional opinion as well as potentially repair services. Called in the morning and got lucky as a tech was available later in the day. The tech called and arrived within the window block agreed on; he was thorough, polite, and knowledgeable in the description of the issue and checkout. They were able to get my A/C unit fixed and provided quotes on further replacement options. Repair costs were fair and all around I look forward to working with them in the future.
