Poor experience and pushing a replacement up sell - not necessary according to other HVAC companies that came to check.
These guys really helped me out. Great service, very fast! Definitely the only HVAC people I will use.
If I could rate this a 0 I would. I had a schedule time frame of 10-11am for the technician to come and they never show in that time frame and I did not even receive a call to let me know anything about running late. I had to call the companies number and it felt like they didn't even have my apt down on the calendar. The young lady said she would inform the technician and he would call me soon. Another hour later still no phone call so I called again. She said the technician was running late and told me he would call me soon this was around 1:30pm. It wasn't until 3:45 in the afternoon when the technician called me and said he would not be able to come that day, and that he would call me back to let me know if another technician could see me the next day. He never called me back and no other technician came to see me the next day. I can understand if a technician gets held up at another job but to not inform your customer or give me a call to let me know maybe an hour after scheduled apt is just HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will never recommend this company to any one.
Great service! I called several HVAC companies when my air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the year . Air Secure was the only one that could squeeze me in. Will Smith stopped by shortly after I called and was able to fix the problem immediately! I will definitely call them first for any future issues with my HVAC.
My heating went out and I called them on a Sunday expecting just to leave a voicemail. Instead I talked to somebody who came out and assessed my situation that same day. I had a new system installed and up-and-running within 2 days after that, and everything is still working great over a year later.
The HVAC went out at work and Ritchie and Will were right there to help us. They came in, gave us a fair estimate and in no time, our new unit was installed. They do what they say they are going to do in a fast, friendly, and fair manner. Great customer service too!

Best experience I could have had. I called when my unit quit running and they had some out there that very day. My old unit had finally had given out and a new one was necessary. They offered me a great price on a new Ruud unit and had it in ASAP! They were very professional and courteous and got the job done right the first time. I recommend them to anyone needing help with hvac.
Needed a new AC unit installed. This company quoted a very fair price and was very flexible on scheduling the install. It's been over a year and the unit still works great with no problems. I would definitely recommend this company.
