Highly recommend Sky HVAC! We were having an issue with our AC and called a few companies to get opinions on whether we should repair or replace our system. Daniel from Sky HVAC came out to take diagnostics of our system, and he was wonderful! He was really professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He gave us his honest opinion about our system and didn't try to over-sell us on services and products, which unfortunately many of the other companies we called did. As a result, I trust Sky HVAC much more than any other heating/cooling companies that we've worked with. We will continue choosing them for future services and we recommend everyone else do too! (Especially if you have a Carrier brand HVAC system, which they specialize in.)

Can’t recommend Sky HVAC enough! When we woke up to our AC unit not working & an 80°F house, Sky HVAC came out & resolved the issue within a few hours from when I initially contacted them. At 6am when we realized our AC unit wasn’t working, we easily were able to create a same-day appointment online for a technician to come out & inspect the unit. Within seconds of submitting the request online, someone from Sky HVAC called to confirm the appointment request & got us on the schedule for later that same day sometime between 12pm-3pm. However around 8am (2 hours after submitting an appointment request online & speaking to their receptionist to confirm the scheduling), they called us back to say that another technician was in the area & could actually come by in the next 15 minutes if we wanted - 6 hours sooner than originally expected - which we happily agreed to. And like clockwork - 15 minutes later, our Sky HVAC technician arrived. Breck was our technician & he did an immaculate job. He wasted no time getting to work once he arrived & expertly was able to identify the issue then repair it within an hour. Once completed, he extensively tested the unit to ensure all was running as expected, happily fielded all the random questions I had for him while providing insightful answers, & then was on his way once all was back to normal. It took under 4 hours total from when we initially contacted Sky HVAC requesting an appointment to when Breck got our unit back up & running - which completely blew our expectations out of the water. The price was under what I expected too, which is always a plus. While I’m sure the other technicians are also superb, if you’re lucky enough to get Breck as your technician - you will be in excellent hands. Overall, this is a fantastic company with remarkable response/repair times that you should turn to for any & all of your HVAC needs!

I had been having issues with my HVAC system, and it was time for a replacement. Brandon came out and went over my options/prices, and helped my wife and I choose what was best for us. I had family coming into town to stay in 3 days, and Brandon had Dorin and Cody here in just 2 days with a brand new system. If you want trustworthy, prepared, well knowledge, clean working and all around good people working on your system, go with Sky. Dorin and Cody are AMAZING technicians and do a fantastic job! I will be using Sky HVAC forever, there is no doubt!

I can not say enough about my experience with Sky HVAC! They were recommended by a friend who used them recently. From the tech that came out to determine what I needed Brad ... who was so pleasant and honest. He didn't try and sale me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. He listened and gave me options. Then today when the installers Ryan and Daniel came to the house. They were top notch guys. They took great care of the space they worked in, told me what was happening with my system again and even cracked a joke or two along the way. They got my brand new system installed and running in good time ... my home is cool and after a whole week of no AC ... these guys and their work are so greatly appreciated. Thanks to the Winston office (Brad) and the Raleigh sky office for the dispatch of Daniel and Ryan.

The tech was polite and was earlier than scheduled. He replaced the thermostat and everything works great.

On June 13, 2023, we were scheduled for regular A/C Maintenance, everything went well with their professional service. Later that afternoon we noticed that the A/C was blowing warm air. We called to report the issue and they sent someone over to find the issue the next day. They refilled the coolant, yet there were no signs of issues or leaks. Within 2 days the coolant was gone again, then Brandon the manager came out to do another diagnostic on the unit, and pressure testing for leaks still showed no sign of leaks or pressure issues. The final time Breck came out with his special sound equipment, and it took him several hours to find the leak in the system. We have a dual Trane unit, so the complete outer cover and fan had to be removed. One of the small coils in the top of the unit was touching a larger one from when it was installed or from the manufacturer. Over time the small coil was pressed against the larger one close to the fan, basically, the leak was not occurring until after the unit had been running for a while, with the vibration from the fan, which cause the friction of the two coils to rub a hole in the small coil and allow the coolant to leak out. Breck located the issue and corrected it. Refilled our Unit and it is working perfectly now. I would like to thank them for all their professionalism, quality, kindness, and compassion for their clients. I must say I was quite upset to start with because there were no signs of an issue prior to the maintenance, only to see with my own eyes that it was no fault of theirs at all. They did EVERYTHING in their power to ensure we were satisfied customers with their services. Special thanks to Breck for his special sound equipment, his compassion for his job, and his warm and kind attitude. All the staff were great, and I recommend them to anyone that needs a great HVAC service. Thank you so much.

Sky was great. Brandon was awesome with coming out and getting the quote setup. Not long after Daniel and Ryan showed up to install the new unit. Both guys were polite and professional. They worked very diligently and did not take much time at all. Would def recommend Sky HVAC to others.

Breck provided excellent service! We have an older unit at the property that we are renting but he went above & beyond to make sure that he could do everything he could to repair unit & keep me & my family a/c cool!
