Yassine responded in a very timely manner, within 1.5hrs of my call, and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly on my air handler, added refrigerant and provided me very honest assessment of the condition of my system. Strongly recommend and he will be my primary HVAC service provider going forward.
Yassine helped me troubleshoot a Nest Thermostat over the phone. Fixed my issue and things are working great. What a great help for no charge.

Mr. Yassine was courteous and professional. He doesn't try to upsell and was excellent at explaining the options for our very complicated repair. He even stayed late a couple days to help us out and work around our schedule. Very great experience and would highly recommend!

AC goes out on a Friday night. Yassin responded within minutes (texted us while he was at the dentist)! Came out and diagnosed a dead motor, checked if it was under warranty, and gave us an estimate on the spot. Came the next day and installed new motor. Didn't try to upsell us. He is honest, reliable, competent, and so easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

At the worst time our AC air stopped blowing cold air. It was over 90 degrees outside and we had family visiting from out of country. Fortunately, Raleigh Cary HVAC picked up my phone call and within 3 and a half hours they arrived and solved the issue. A million thank yous!
