Great employees good work. Fair prices
They charged me $90 just to tell me that the coil is bad and it leaked out all the freon it took them literally 5 minutes and charged me $90. What a rip off. You Can't trust companies anymore to do the right thing because we spent 15,000 on a brand new train heating and air system and it wasn't even 2 years later that all the freeon leaked out because we didn't call that summer and waited till now. They wanted another 1100 to fix the problem. I don't recommend them. I'm very upset about the service, and the cost because there is no reason a 2-year-old unit should leak freeon out when it was technically only a year and a half old at the time it happened. Beware. Beware
It took 3 phone calls to get a " returned call" And they wanted me to pay for the work Before they even ordered the part, never mind installing it. PLUS I had another company buy & install it for 1/3 of the price.
I called and they had a technician out here the same day (not even an emergency). Greg not only repaired the issue but took the time to educate a bit & answer questions... which in my experience is exceedingly rare these days. Amazingly prompt service, great value. I'll be using them in the future for any other needs & would absolutely recommend giving them a shot.
Travis cleaned and checked my heat pump and he was knowledgeable about the system. There was necessary maintenance needed. I'm relieved to get it checked prior to winter! He was on time, professional, and helpful. He answered all my questions. I'm happy. 😊
Have been using this company for years, but will no longer be using them Last season they came out to do our maintenance on our air unit, and proceeded to tell us that there was a leak in the line. So, we paid over 200 dollars to have freeon input in it. They also told us that they would recommend us getting a new system. We thought "OH Lord". We had another company come out to do our maintenance, and they said our system was working just fine. We did not ever have a leak in the line. So we spent a bunch of money for nothing. Will not be using them anymore.

Installed a ductless air system in my basement. Showed up on time at 8:30am and were finished a little after 1:30pm. They were very clean with their lines and making sure it looked great with the house. I would highly recommend them for any of your AC/heat needs.
These guys do a great job. They are very respective of your property. Very friendly. I think the scheduled maintenance is a good value.

Easy to get ahold of and scheduled an appointment within a week. Technician was friendly and experienced. He even cleaned up the outside of the unit. I signed up for their biannual preventative cleaning And maintenance.

Ac went out and they had Vic come out. He was nice and on time replaced broken parts and everything works properly. Will definitely use them again.
Needed a heating and cooling system for an old home I was remodeling. Clyde, the owner personally came out and gave an estimate. He beat the other company by almost 2000.00. He called before installation, because there was a change to clear that change with me. The guys came out got everything installed, checked, and explained the remote controls ro me. There's not any passport, plastic, or any debris left lasting around.. all cleaned up, really like that. Highly recommend this company and their work.
We had a heating and cooling system installed several years ago by Gardner and also had them come for servicing for several years. They did a great job intalling and maintaining our system. It is still going strong and they are our go to folks for cooling and heat!

Anytime I have called on their services they have been friendly, professional and prompt. They have worked on my ac during the Spring/Summer and have worked on my heater during the Winter. They have a knowledgeable and honest crew. Very pleased with this business!
