I have no idea how this company got these reviews, but they were extremely rude and irresponsible. I was trying to order online, but even before refueling, they immediately attempted to charge 2000 dollar on my credit card, then when I was trying to talk to someone over the phone, he told me to call him back next day, but he never picked up and no call back. Worst experience.
I had a heating emergency-out of oil and I called Supreme and was able to quickly set up an account and have a delivery within hours. The same day I had to call back b/c my furnace motor was not working properly and once again they were able to send a technician within hours who was clean, courteous and quickly got my heat back on! I highly recommend.
Supreme is the best!! The last couple of weeks in NY has been BRUTAL....but I never once had to worry about my oil delivery DURING THE SNOW STORM!! The Supreme employees are professional and courteous, and have very sophisticated tablets/technology - very impressive. I will absolutely use Supreme going forward, outstanding customer service. Thank you!!!
So happy I found Supreme Oil, the automation system they have is top notch! With juggling my busy life, I have no time to call and order fuel or call if I have questions on my account, instead I simply log into my account and everything from ordering fuel to checking my delivery history is online! Seriously amazing, this new platform is genius! I love that with a click of a button I can do just about anything with my account! My previous fuel provider did not have this in place, so I am happy that I found Supreme Oil!
Supreme Oil is the best!!! With them I never have to worry or think about about getting fuel or running low!!! I seriously don't ever have to think about my tank. This year the season is colder, I was afraid to run out sooner than usual, so I called Supreme, and I was told that I was already on the schedule!! This was a great peace of mind.. Excellent service!!! I would give 10 stars if I could, Thank you Supreme!
I used them for oil during a snowstorm when all others said they could not make it up my hill. They were the only ones who showed up and filled my tank with no issues! I would certainly use them again, great service! Thank you so much.

I support small businesses that focus on customer service. I am very satisfied with this company's level of professionalism; they quoted me for a boiler install and I also hired them to do my furnace and AC Unit. They handled everything from the permit to the garbage removal and insulation. This was a relatively big job. They arrived prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment and got it done in 4 days. They always wore their mask and PPE gear. After the install, I was trained on how to use the system and troubleshoot. I am grateful that went smoother than I expected. Their price for the install was very competitive. I highly recommend them for their great service; they will always be on my speed dial! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Supreme has amazing deals very affordable and their service very reliable, we order and the very next day I saw the driver outside. I came outside and show him the fill location, notice that driver has tablet to take pictures of the fill and tank I was very impressed. Driver made the delivery with no issues. Wow what a great service...
Best oil prices in white plains, we have 77 buildings with Supreme Oil and their service is top notch. Great online system, we barely call the office. We thank you for that, again Great company
