Very kind and worked well
Camilo came on time, was thorough in his investigation of the system in my apartment, and even spoke to my Super to understand what is reasonable for the building when I couldn't answer his questions. Professional, pleasant, and really polite.

updated on 05/19 I found Lowes' air duct cleaning through Google Guarantee but the experience is quite disappointing: First, I used Lowe's air duct cleaning service on 05/12. After the crew left, I had to clean up the duct on the floors. Then, The temperature dropped on 05/17 and 18. I found out the furnace was not working. So I called PSEG to fix it Today 05/18, the technician from PSEG came and opened the furnace to investigate. He showed me the below picture. The duck is not clean at all. Also the air filter is full of dust. Is this what Google Guarantee can guarantee the service? Updated on 05/26 My perception about Lowe's and Google guarantee were totally turned around after I experience how Lowe's rectified the reported issue. Once I reported to them, another team responded immediately and came to re-do the cleaning. After it, I was invited to look at the details where they didn't do it right the first time. A couple days later, I received several phone calls from Lowe's who was trying to refund the clean charge since they didn't do it right the first time, which is supposed to be their company quality standard. Hope someone read my review will reach the same conclusion: that mistake happens, more important it's the mindset and attitude to deal with it. Lowe's treated this as a lesson learnt and an opportunity to improve their internal quality insurance process. That's totally beyond my expectation!!!
Excellent service from calling when they are on their way, being super clean with the job and considerate and excellent job cleaning the vents! Highly recommend for the cost as well!

Alex came and cleaned my dryer vent. He was very professional and helped explain how the bird guard on the dryer vent was preventing the trapped lint from falling out and he also installed a better guard for us.
