I used Maselli HVAC to install a new central AC system. From my first meeting with Joe, through completion of the project, every stage of the process was flawless. Brien and the team were professional, thorough and left my home spotless. Brien took the time to review, in detail, all of the work upon completion and answer all of my questions. They finished way ahead of the projected time frame. I couldn’t have been happier!
Woke up to a freezing cold house and called them in a panic. They were able to diagnose the issue, give me a temporary fix, go get a part, and come back to install it same day. I found them by chance when I saw their van with my last name on it, they’re now my go-to.
We. needed a new heating system in an old house. The company came promptly and gave us a fair estimate and since they had a heater available we were able to get a new system within 3 days. They came at 8 am on the agreed day and worked all day. (At one point I counted 6 cars ) There were a few adjustments to make and the 2 brothers came personally the next morning to finish everything.. We are extraordinarily pleased with their work, efficiency and professionalism and price.
Maselli Contracting removed our old oil-fired water heater and replaced it with a heat pump water heater in 2021. Their quality of their work was outstanding and they cleaned up the oil that had leaked from the old unit, then removed and disposed of it for us. Their pricing was competitive and they were the only contractors capable of getting the size of water heater we needed during the shortages caused by the pandemic. Highly recommended.
Installed an indirect water heater and baseboard for us. Worked quickly and overall was a good price.
Joe and his team at Maselli Contracting and HVAC were one of the best choices my girlfriend and I made. After purchasing our new home, there was a lot of work to be done. From new ductless a/c units, to installing new plumbing, to connecting and setting up new appliances, they were responsive, consistent, and throughly explained everything. They ensured everything was up to our satisfaction and for that we are grateful. I know that as new homeowners, for any HVAC or plumbing matters, Joe and Maselli Contracting and HVAC are our first call- and they should be yours as well.
Joe and the team at Maselli did a great job fixing our central AC system. They were responsive as we coordinated the service appointment—both for the initial evaluation and the actual repair work. The service team arrived right on time (an actual appointment, not a “window!!) and the technician was very polite and explained what was wrong with our system and replaced the faulty unit. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!
Start to finish an incredible experience. Joe came to give us and estimate, personally answered my questions via text and phone calls, and he was there the day we had our new equipment installed. Price quoted was competitive and fair. Joe also gave me insights into my system that other companies' salesmen didn't notice or think to talk to me about. He didn't try to upsell me on equipment or add-ons. The whole process start to finish was excellent. I wish all my home repair experiences were this good.

We had the pleasure working with Joe and Brian in an Emergency Situation. Although we were panicking Joe handled it like a professional of the highest caliber. An air handler went down during a winter storm but Joe was there the entire time whether it be on the phone, through text, email or showing up to the job site on time and ready to go. This is a contractor I can truly recommend to any one with a heating or cooling problem.
Highly recommend! They are reliable, accommodative, and flexible. When our furnace broke, I called Joe in the evening. On the next day, although they were swamped, the crew came and fixed the problem. Thank you!
I was recommended to Maselli HVAC and used their services. Joe and Brian were very responsive and professional. I had my oil boiler serviced and all went well. They are fairly priced and honest. I will be using them again for any future services needed. Thanks again!
Maselli came to our house in May 2021 to repair our furnace and water heater. To date they haven’t followed up on our service. We now have a short circuit in the system and there is water leaking onto the floor. We’ve had to shutdown our heat and hot water as a result. After repeated requests for them to do their work they told us today that they won’t do the work as our boiler is too big for their size company. I’ve lost four months. Our warranty company claims they haven’t received a report from Maselli to date. We’ve used this warranty company for many other jobs on our properties. I would avoid Maselli due to their lack of professionalism and reliability.
They repaired a failed / broken compressor ahead of schedule and went above & beyond in having it working the same day the part was received. When other issues arose with our AC, including mistakes made by a different contractor, they promptly fixed.
Joe was exceptionally communicative, punctual and he solved our problem! He diagnosed and fixed our AC issue quickly and for a reasonable price. I am so relieved to have found someone I can contact for any future AC or plumbing issues. Do not hesitate to contact Maselli Contracting & HVAC! Excellent service!
I have had a great experience working with Maselli HVAC for a few years now. They do a great job, and stand by their work. Always come quickly if I have an outage of some sorts. I would highly recommend.
We hired Maselli HVAC to replace an old boiler and hot water tank with a new high efficiency furnace. Partners Joe and Brien are a pleasure to work with. They are incredibly responsive and clear, and honesty and integrity shine through in everything they do. Our job was very complex, and Maselli handled every aspect with professionalism and expertise. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and on schedule. For the level of service and knowledge, their prices represent excellent value. Highly recommended - I would use them again without hesitation.
Highly recommend Maselli! They were fantastic at installing a new furnace (heat and central air) after my heat stopped working. They did a quality and professional job, keeping me informed of their progress throughout. My Nest also required some wiring fix, which he was able to provide. Thank you guys for the prompt and amazing service! My heat is working 10x better now.
