Had a furnace, a/c and thermostat installed by service pro heating and cooling. Sam came out and gave a very fair estimate with no (BS). Not like the big heating and cooling company that tries to sell you everything except the kitchen sink. Sam workmanship spot on. So if you’re looking for quality work and fair prices call service pro heating and cooling. They have my business.!

The service is excellent, they always go above and beyond, super courteous, explain everything when they come out, very upfront about their pricing, always clean up when done, I can’t recommend anyone else, as this is the best service I received when our furnace completely died, we had a new one within a day and installed in less than 6 hours.
Friday December 23rd at about 7:30pm I called Service Pro and spoke to a wonderful man. My furnace had gone out and there was a travel ban. I want to thank this man for being so kind and talking me through this. If I could I would rate you ten stars. Thank you, thank you, thank you, so much!!!!!
Had our furnace go down during a winter storm, Service Pro answered our call right away and came out within a few hours. Kind and professional service, reasonable price and kept our family from freezing during the coldest day of the year.
Sam came and inspected my system. He prepared as very fair estimate. He got right to work very shortly after I accepted the bid. Did a nice installation and clean up. Job was well done and completed in a timely manner. I recommend them highly!
Sam came out in the fall to do routine maintenance on our furnace and at the same time I asked him to provide an estimate for installing A/C. He gave me an estimate and suggested I get in touch with him in March if I wanted to have the unit installed, which I did. He scheduled us in and discussed the unit he recommended and how he and his team would be installing it. He stuck to the estimate he had provided me, even though I know there may have been some supplies increasing in price. When we got close to the time of scheduled installation Sam was so communicative, unlike other technicians I've worked with. I knew exactly when to expect him and when he would be returning. He was professional and punctual, as was his employee. An added bonus was that when they installed the A/C they made an adjustment to our HVAC system that made it so much quieter. It's been a big improvement. I told myself I'd wait until summer was over to write a review, in order to give a strong assessment of how the air conditioning performed. Now that it's almost October I can say that we were so happy with the unit all summer long and we are so glad we found the Service Pro team to install it. It really kept us cool and functioned flawlessly. We highly recommend Sam and his team for all HVAC related needs. We'll be having him back out to service our furnace and if any other needs arise.
Called a different company first and they stated couldn't repair and tried to sell us a unit right away. Called Service Pro, came out and repaired AC unit. Reasonably priced and honest! Highly recommend!
I am a repeat customer with Service Pro heating and cooling for a reason! Sam is the best of the best and sadly that is hard to find nowadays. He is professional, punctual, honest, a great problem solver and most importantly does A plus work. I got an old, inefficient furnace replaced. The new unit is working great and I am very happy with my experience. Trust is something that is earned and I trust Sam and Service Pro heating and cooling. He is my expert go-to repairman for any heating or cooling issues. Highly recommend!

When my daughter bought her own house, she knew it came with some bumps with reference to repairs. She called Service Pro and they came out the next day, replaced the circuit board, pulled her filters and showed her how to clean them as they are not disposable and checked her AC. Even though it may be a couple years out, he left the information on the new furnace with his card and also noted there is a $400 rebate currently. This company was more than helpful and educated her on what she had in her house and how to manage it. Service Pro was her second telephone call with reference to this issue and the technician felt horrible that the first company was charging such an outrageous fee for fixing anything let alone diagnosing it. He felt bad they are even in the same field of work and can't believe how companies get away with that! Service Pro will be her first call for all HVAC needs!
Our first time calling Service Pro was several years ago, and we haven't called anyone else for Heating/ Cooling needs since. We've had 2 furnaces installed (at 2 different properties) as well as various repairs to heating and cooling systems. Sam has always been very quick to come out, does a great job, and is fair on pricing. We've recommended him to family/ friends and would highly recommend to anyone in need of heating/ cooling work.
Very happy with the installation of AC and furnace. Sam is very particular about performing the installation properly. He took time to show me the issues with my former installation and how the job should be done. Overall, a solid Rheem unit was installed and, more importantly, a solid, quality installation. I highly recommend his service. It is so important to find a technician who cares about his/her work, and does a quality job. The difference is noticeable, so take time to get the right technician, as I did!
Deciding to have Service Pro Heating and Cooling come fix my heating system was the best choice ever. I was lucky enough to have the owner himself be the person that came out for the call. He was On-time, professional, thorough, and did not try to convince me into buying any products or replacing the entire furnace. I was really grateful for the quality of work performed and will HIGHLY recommend the services of this company to anyone having Heating or Cooling issues in their home. We called Service Pro for an estimate. Our furnace is older and required a repair (from another company) a few weeks ago. As per our our request, Sam came to our house and inspected our furnace. Rather than push us into the purchase of a new furnace, he told us that ours was still in decent shape, but that if we wanted one that was more modern and efficient, he could give us an estimate. In other words, he was honest! Sam inspires confidence and demonstrates trustworthiness, and we will be turning to his company in the future for any repairs we might need. We now know from first-hand experience why this company has a 5 star rating!!
Very friendly, fast and clean service. I would highly recommend them. They came right away, did a new furnace in 1 day. It was a big old furnace they had to take out and they did a great job.
